The property management team –– Kristy, Ana, and Jose –– continue to do amazing work managing the Broadstone Nob Hill property for their tenants. They are quick to respond to my questions and needs and worked with me to change units and lease terms at the end of my lease and the start of a new one to accommodate my situation. I recommend people strongly consider leasing their next home here at the Broadstone.

Really nice apartments with great amenities. There are a few families as well as young adults that live in the building and it’s a pretty friendly community.

Broadstone Nob Hill checks all the boxes of a great place to live. The neighborhood is fantastic, with a ton of delicious restaurants and fun things to do right around and down Central. I feel like me and my belongings are safe and secure in this community, thanks to the diligent staff who are always attentive and ready to assist. The apartments themselves are modern and stylish, providing a quite but fun environment. I truly appreciate the friendly neighbors who have made me feel right at home. Broadstone Nob Hill I enjoy living here and the community is great. the amenities I also love and always use those as much as I can. Work orders are always done and completed in prompt manner. Any questions or concerns its immediately addressed.They defiantly make us feel at home.

really really really expensive for a place in a dangerous part of town. these apartments are just down the street from an area of town literally called "the war zone" and are charging luxury prices for cheaply built interiors. tiny pool. the office keeps their front door locked because they know how bad this street is

the area is great community located on the famous route 66 in Nob hill plenty of things and events to do. especially on those days where you self time and spoil yourself.

Moved here from another state to go to UNM. It was daunting at first but the amazing staff at Broadstone Nob Hill made me feel welcomed and at home.

I've been here a few weeks and I've found the management and maintenance to be good people. Management has been responsive to my questions. They are easily approachable in the main office and respond to email. Maintenance has been very responsive. Recently I submitted two repair requests at the beginning of the week and they were both resolved by the end of the week. The complex is attractive and the location is great. The fitness center is large enough and very well lit -- high ceilings and windows. In addition to the standard aerobic machines, weight machines, and free weights, the fitness center has a studio with vinyl wood-like flooring, large mirrored wall, and 2 TRX stations. There's also a rowing machine! Now for the downsides -- the construction and quality of the materials. The complex was just completed last year and opened 8 months ago. We are the first to live in our apartment. First of all, I don't recommend this complex for children, because the counters and cabinets need to be treated with extreme care as they are very delicate and can be very easily damaged. When we moved in I noticed the veneer is already beginning to pull away on several of the kitchen cabinet doors. I've been preparing food 2x/day on the kitchen counters, never slamming things, just normal use, and the faux granite has already chipped in the center edge of one of the countertops. Extreme delicacy is required here! When you look around you'll notice details that demonstrate a rush job. The kitchen tile backsplash doesn't go all the way up to the bottom of the top cabinets, and in the space between the tile and cabinets there are areas of grout. TThere are paint drips on the walls and the doors. In terms of quality, the materials used seem to be very cheap. The veneer is already beginning to pull away from multiple cabinet doors, and a faux granite countertop has already chipped. The dishwasher is the most plastic appliance I've ever seen. The bathtub is rough plastic, the kind that suction cups won't stick to and the toilet flush handle is flimsy plastic. The washer and dryer are nice, and the fridge, stove, and microwave are decent. The doors, windows and blinds all seem okay. Overall, I am very glad to be here as the apartment and the complex fit my immediate needs. I appreciate the friendliness and responsiveness of management and maintenance. I don't know if we'll stay more than one year because I'm concerned the quality will frustrate us.
