I love my place. Because I have everything I need my dr appointments. With me and my husband. Also I have never lived in a apartment complex . That keep their property clean. Also since I been here maintenance get my orders done at a good time .Plus everybody in the office have been very helpful with me. Like Yanis,Daniella and Gladys also the man manager..
Overall, I do love the property and was pleased with the rental rate. Very affordable and the walk-in closets plus washer and dryer included in the apartment are nice to have! Friendly front office staff and helpful.

I’ve been living here for several months and overall the experience has been good. The location is convenient, close to grocery stores and main roads, and the area feels generally safe. Maintenance requests are handled within a reasonable time, though communication could sometimes be clearer. and the rent has slightly increased this year, but that seems common everywhere. The apartment itself is comfortable and well-kept, with good air conditioning Management is polite.Overall, it’s a decent place to live if you want something practical and clean without being too fancy.

Coming to the USA for the first time was a big step, and I'm so glad I chose Broadstone Medical as my first home. It’s a huge relief to live in a secure, gated community. The apartments are fantastic—I love the modern kitchen with its stainless steel appliances and the beautiful wood-style floors. It makes my space feel very comfortable and nice. A huge convenience is the package locker system. As an international student, I do a lot of online shopping, so knowing my deliveries are safe is a big deal. The maintenance team is also amazing; they fix things super fast and are always professional. Beyond my apartment, the community has great features like the pool and gym, which are perfect for relaxing and meeting people. The staff is incredibly friendly and always helpful with my questions. This place isn't just an apartment; it's a supportive community that has made my start in a new country feel easy and safe. I am so happy here.

moved here specifically for the washer and dryer and have had nothing but problems with them because they’re cheap. maintenance is nice but they do their work as fast as they can in not the best quality. overall this would be a great complex with its benefits like flex payments, rewards app, and little events they throw for the community. However, we’ve had too many issues that has made us not look forward to renewing our lease. you cannot work on cars (or pour any oil) without getting in trouble immediately, and there are roaches (we’ve been able to tame them, but you’ll see an occasional 3 every month.) I really like our neighbors though and the community is very pet friendly :)

I feel safe at Broadstone because it is a gated community, and the neighbors are friendly. There is minimal noise, which I appreciate. However, I have been having ongoing issues with roaches. Despite having had pest control treatments three times in a row, they still persist. I keep the apartment clean and take out the trash every day, so I’m not sure what the issue is. Another concern is the amenities; the washer and dryer are quite old and barely functional. Despite these issues, I enjoy living at Broadstone and will likely continue to stay here.

The management is really nice and willing to help the residents that stop by, very welcoming and kind and considering. They just get what it's like. Only thing I'm not the biggest fan of is that I don't have a set parking spot. I like parking in my unofficial spot but sometimes people take it, it's like when there are no assigned seats in class but everyone "has a spot"

Friendly staff and calm neighborhood, maintenance is handy but can be hard to get a hold of them. Had roaches upon arrival despite being told there was pest control done recently but they were easy to take care of. Parking can be kind of hard at times but there’s a good unspoken rule of who goes where. Amenities have been good and clean

Everyone is very friendly. office staff is helpful, maintenance tries although it’s playing door tag most of the time, I really appreciate their efforts. Neighbors are nice as well. Parking spots might be a bit much sometimes, but for the most part, it’s nothing too crazy. I enjoy it.

For the first 1.5 years, my experience living here was good. However, problems started to arise later on. I want to acknowledge that the manager and Ashley were very helpful in addressing my concerns. I really appreciate Ashley; despite being sick, she came to see the apartment the very next day to assist with the issues. Currently, I live in an old apartment that is infested with cockroaches. I have done pest control three times, but it has not helped at all. Additionally, the apartment does not have a microwave, which makes warming up food quite inconvenient. Overall, I don't particularly enjoy living in this apartment. On a positive note, the maintenance staff is excellent and responds quickly to requests.

Initially, the experience of staying here was good. Now it's not so good. Some of the apartments which are old are in bad condition. Microwave which is a basic thing is now there and a few more things are not okay. The maintenance staff is good. Ashley in the office is nice. She takes quick action and I love her for what she does. So far not so happy with the apartment here.

I have had problems month after month living here and it took forever for things to be fixed. I will not be continuing my lease due to the fact of the office and maintenance not taking things more seriously.

Broadstone Apartments is one of the best places I moved to the experience here has been magnificent the people are very nice and understanding they listen to you. Any issues they fix on time I recommend this apartment building.
