The units are beautiful and spacious and the amenities are top notch. It's nice to have a parking garage as well. Being within walking distance of Salt Shack, Hula Bay, and Chuck Lager are great perks as well.

So far, I’m absolutely thrilled to call Broadstone home! The leasing staff has been incredibly kind and helpful, and Alex, the maintenance supervisor, has been great as well. From the initial tour to move-in day, the entire experience has been seamless—I truly couldn’t have asked for better. I’m especially excited for all of the amenities to be completed. I can already tell this is going to be an amazing community! The area itself is peaceful and quiet, which is a huge relief compared to where we moved from. Plus, the constant breeze makes the Florida heat much more manageable. Inside the apartment, I love the modern interior and the high-tech appliances, especially the Bluetooth features. My dogs absolutely love the dog park, which has been such a great addition for them! The location is perfect—it’s tucked away yet within walking distance of live music at Hula Bay and delicious food at Salt Shack. Overall, I’m so happy with our decision to move here!
