Broadstone Junction

I've live here for almost 3 years, this could be the best deal I can find around the area. People are nice, maintenance team is awesome, they reactive very quick, also doing a lot of annual check to make sure the house is in the good shape to live. I personally would like to continue live here, highly recommended

Easy, convenient, and a great location close to Historic Downtown Norcross.

It’s good overall just little bit crowded sometimes. Which I understand. But the maintenance and quality of living rest of the things are really good.

When we first moved in, the experience was awesome. Now the constant barking of dogs day and night across from us in apartments above the leasing office or in the same building is out of control. The pool is often dirty or not being cleaned properly. I can see the stains on the bottom of the pool from my third floor balcony. The upkeep of the pool and property is falling off. I want to visit the fool, but it's filty. My wife and I moved in 4 yrs ago and just renewed for another year, maybe the final one. It's always soothing to listen to the water falls in the pool, but they have been turned off. Let's get back to the beautiful property I moved in 4yrs ago.

I enjoy living here. The property is well maintained and safe. It is conveniently located and easy to come and go. I haven’t had any issues and I don’t expect to! :)

So far I love everything about this community. But I am not a big fan off the delivery service Fetch that we have. I noticed that there is certain items on amazon that cannot delivery be delivered to the Fetch address that is given to you so I have to go of my way to have it delivered somewhere else & go pick it up. Really wish they could fix this. Mailing room area is big enough to turn it into a place where packages can be delivered instead of it going to a third party.

Great community and environment. We’ve been living here about 2 years and have had no complaints! So much to do in the area, and so close to Atlanta as well.

Been here since ‘23 and honestly have no complaints only compliments! This community is unmatched with their top tier resident events, prompt maintenance & leasing team, and great location. This has been the best apartments I’ve ever lived at!

I’ve been living at Broadstone for 4 1/2 years. My experience has been nothing but Amazing. From the office staff, the maintenance teams and my neighbors have been fantastic. I live in the 4000 building. It’s very quiet and my neighbors are very nice. Broadstone Junction is accessible to 85 and 285. There’s 3 parks you can walk to. I enjoy walking to the restaurants and shops in Downtown Norcross. So, if you’re looking for and apartment that feels like home, check out Broadstone Junction in Norcross.

My experience has been disappointing, as the apartment is overpriced, doesn't match the model we were shown, has leaking ceilings, a loud parking garage door, a persistent roach issue near the garage, and poorly managed trash, making it unbearable to continue here, so I won’t be renewing my lease.

Great community! People are so friendly and the staff is excellent! This community is great for people who love dogs (and cats). Everybody is always out and walking their dogs. The restaurants are just a short walk but there is plenty of parking if you would rather drive.

I enjoy living here. It is a safe community that is conveniently located in downtown Norcross. The maintenance team is on point. The only downsides are that the pool is often broken and the gym is often missing equipment.

The brunchs are amazing first time ill go and i wanna go again

Moving to this community has been such a wonderful experience. The kindness and warmth that has been extended to me has been unlike anything I’ve experienced elsewhere. I’m thoroughly enjoying my new home. The ease of access, beautiful views, and great amenities have made my first two months here great. I’ve had the pleasure of attending the Trivia Night and Saturday Yoga and both were amazing. I really appreciate the work that Don and Sara have done to host these events and others. They both have been so caring and friendly to me. As a senior, these new friendships and the special community programming has made this an easy transition. Living in this community feels like home!

I am very happy living here at Broadstone Junction. I’ve lived here for 2.5 years so far and have never had an issue with anything. Staff is great, maintenance is quick, and residents are friendly. It’s a clean and quiet place to live.

The community is peaceful and friendly with a strategic location to all commuters and close to a punch of restaurants , coffee shops and other entertainment and sporting places..

This is a great place to live! Everyone is so nice. The maintenance crew are always helpful and prompt. This place is very dog friendly. Norcross is a quick walk with lots of places to eat and shop!

Management continues to make this a premier proeprty with their attention to detail and overall quality of service plus maintenance issues are hendled in a timely profestional manner. Thanks to our apartment life couple for continuing to create fun ways to create community!

I really enjoy living here. The people are nice and the community is safe. I like the events too. Nothing to really complain about. My only issue is that the pool is closed far too often.

Broadstone Junction is a hidden gem in the renting universe. There are evil properties out there and BSJ isn't one of those. Appreciate their product and humane treatment to its residents!

I’m a 4 year resident at Broadstone Junction Apartments. I’m still loving my home and the community. The Staff are Amazing. They’re very professional and friendly. I enjoy my walks downtown Norcross in the evenings. Broadstone is a great place to live.

I would give a higher rating, but they cannot seem to get the pool to remain open. Closed way too often and not communicating well about timeline for reopening.

I've lived here for about two years now and have not had any major issues. My only complaints would be the responsiveness of some of the office staff and the limited non-gated parking options for guests and residents. Apartments are a bit pricey for what they are. Other than that, the grounds are well-maintained and the custodial staff is amazing! Maintenance requests are resolved quickly. Overall, it has been a good and comfortable experience

I absolutely love Broadstone Junction. It feels like its own community being that it’s walking distance from downtown Norcross. The property is quiet, even though trains pass by a few times out of the day, it’s never bothersome. Management goes above and beyond to make sure the property is clean. They’re prompt with responding to maintenance requests and management always try their best to accommodate everyone. The apartments are spacious with lots of storage space. All appliances are up-to-date and taken care of. The management team is top tier! They’re very knowledgeable and helpful. They listen to your concerns and go above and beyond for their tenants.

Broadstone is walking distance to downtown Norcross that has plenty of restaurants and activities everywhere!! We love it here! The neighbors are very kind.

Great communal areas, always clean and so inviting. I love the little decorating touches, especially the twinkle lights. Such a beautiful space.

I love these apartments and the location, with one exception. The train, everything else about these apartments is great. The staff are friendly and keep the place clean, the trash is well maintained. The apartment is beautiful and offers a lot of space for the price. Ultimately we made the decision to not renew our lease due to the train that runs constantly.

The apartment complex was very nice, apartments were modern, the location is about a 20-30 min drive to the city and lastly, the team working here at Broadstone Junction were friendly and professional, I do appreciate that.
