Outer North Charleston sits at the center of the city of North Charleston and lies just under 13 miles to the northwest of nearby downtown Charleston. An easy 20-minute drive via Interstate 26 takes residents into downtown Charleston and its multitude of restaurants and bars. The Charleston Air Force Base resides at the center of the outer North Charleston neighborhood, and due to this proximity, many current and former military personnel make the neighborhood their home. Home styles typically range from either mid-1900s ranch styles to between one- and two-story homes built in the 2000s.
Outer North Charleston residents enjoy easy access to international travel via the Charleston International Airport, which is located within the neighborhood. The North Charleston Coliseum, Charleston’s only coliseum and largest performance venue, provides residents with loads of entertainment.

I’ve lived here for a few months now and am very happy with my choice. This complex has a great gym and pool. My dogs love the dog park and I am enjoying the new coffee machine too. Anytime I need help with something, the staff has been nice and helpful.

The community is very quiet, clean, organized, the staff is very friendly and a detail that I really liked, my main language is Spanish and the office staff has found a way to communicate effectively with me using the translator. That makes me feel calm when I have to go and communicate something.

Property was advertised as a luxury neighborhood, however there are not many luxuries being offered that I am aware of. The extra attention to detail within my apartment is lovely, but no additional luxuries. Residents are very young college students that don’t respect noise levels. Many residents are rude & this is THE WORST parking that I have ever dealt with while renting. All my other complexes were within a few miles of this area. There maximized on buildings stacked on top of each other w/o any care for where we’d park.

I would suggest an apt in the back (not bldg 1-3) if you are noise sensitive because Palmetto Commerce does get a little busy and can be heard from the front buildings. The train barely goes by so people complaining about that noise are silly. It is in the flight path, but personally i think it’s cool to watch the planes go overhead. Clean community. Good location between downtown Charleston and downtown Summerville. Responsive management and maintenance. Great amenities.

Broadstone INGLESIDE is a great community where both you and your fury friends can come and get situated and have a place to call home but please prepared for additional $200 outside of the quoted rent price. Staff is active in participating with the residents. They are also very informative when it comes to having the community stay alert and vigilant

As another review stated these apartments have a SIGNIFICANT bug problem. I completely understand the occasional bug in the home especially during the summer, but I kill a wide variety of bugs every single day. We pay for “pest control” that I have never seen until I had to complain twice, and supposedly they came and sprayed my apartment when I wasn’t home. They aren’t using a professional pest control company either. I’ve scrubbed my home from top to bottom, thrown all food away, used my own bug spray and made sure all doors and windows were properly closed. I have a 10 week old newborn that I can’t even lay on her play-mat because I’m too afraid of bugs crawling on her/around her. The final straw was when a roach crawled across my bed and disappeared. We pay way too much money to be living this way. I’d rather be in my college dorms than these apartments. There are plenty of other issues with these apartments as well, but I would especially never refer anyone to live here after this issue. It’s disgusting and completely ridiculous.

Broadstone Ingleside is a beautiful place to live with so many amenities, socials, great management and staff. The location is perfect to get anywhere you want within minutes, but tucked away to feel like you are in the city but outside of it at the same time. I highly recommend Broadstone Ingleside.

Our living experience at Broadstone Ingleside thus far has been super pleasant! The complex is quiet and well-lit at night. The ladies in the office are friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help at all times. We love the amenities and grounds; the gym, stunning clubhouse, and parcel mailroom are some of our favorite complex features. The layout and modern features of the apartment are what sold us!

Very unorganized. Maintenance did not know my dryer was already fixed and proceeded to come into my apartment again after the dryer problem was already resolved. They also left my front door unlocked after leaving. Highly unlikely to renew my lease.

Broadstone leasing office was very transparent about the leasing process and was able to get me an apartment the same day I applied! Management has taken care of every request I’ve had. The grounds are well-kept. The amenities are great! There’s an outdoor gym, fire pit, dog park, dog washing station and the pool is incredible! Highly recommend

The five star rating is a complete overstatement definitely not five stars... Actual residents who live do not think so. Especially the reserved parking that is 75.00+ a month added to yours rent. the no having items on your patio literally they don't want a bicycle or boxes on a patio that's completely ridiculous every apartment around town has a box or a bicycle on a patio. Also there's been numerous break ins within just built apartments people vehicles have been broken into in my opinion a absolute complete mess. I will definitely not be renewing at this location no thank you

Broadstone Ingleside is a beautiful apartment complex to live. The service is very fast. They have trash butler that is extremely convenient and super helpful when trash needs to be taken out. I love seeing all of the kind faces that live here. It’s a nice quiet place with a great variety of people. All of the apartments have granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathroom, screened in balconies/ porches, wooden floors except in bed room and closet, and stainless steel appliances. They come with washer and dryer, and dishwasher. Wifi boxes are installed, all you need to do is sign up for the services. For the quality of the living spaces; it is reasonably priced.
