From the moment I moved in, I’ve been consistently impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the staff, as well as the attention to detail in maintaining the property. The maintenance team has been prompt and thorough with any requests, and I truly appreciate how well-kept the common areas are. The amenities are top-notch, and I always feel safe and comfortable in my apartment. Thank you for creating such a welcoming and positive environment. I’m grateful to be a resident here and look forward to continuing to call this place home.

Nice place to stay but coordinating move-ins are difficult there is no designated loading dock or elevator that you can block off for safe and timely move-ins. From my experience when I make a maintenance call they rarely show without me going by the office to make a complaint. At this time I am still waiting on maintenance to come fix my refrigerator and it’s been 3 going on 4 days now

I am in disbelief at the monthly cost of the trash disposal. I live in a studio apartment and there are several months that I have paid over $100 for trash. The building has nice amenities, but they are closed often, and many of the TVs have been removed from the amenities or do not work. Don’t let them full you with all of the glitz and glamour. Run run far away from Broadstone Arden

Environment is good, but the service and follow up are the worst. As a community member who have been living here for over 3 years, I feel not being respected at all. My request keep getting neglected by the office.

Broadstone Arden in not only a fantastic place to live--with beautiful interiors and incredible landscaping, the maintenance staff is professional, timely and gets things right the first time! This is the best apartment complex I have ever lived in and I plan to renew my lease time and time again.

This complex is comprised of 3 buildings: Arden, Archive and Atlas. All buildings have beautiful facades and great amenities. If you are looking to use any of those or join in on the complexes “winter/summer events”, you will be eclipsed and outnumbered by non- residents. All 3 buildings, have noise problems. Us residents speak to one another about the “foot noise” and the “thin ceilings”. If you want a package, good luck getting it. The mailroom is not monitored by anyone, so packages are “lost”/stolen. Non residents wait by the door for someone to go in, and have free range over the mailroom packages and pool/gym. Cars are always parked, not waiting, but parked in red-zones, making it hard to drive through. Oh and elevators are down, frequently. Maintenance is so responsive and nice. Be warned, a lot of money for subpar property.

The staff is not there when you need them, but overall the community is nice and everything seems suitable.

This is to confirm the SHADY business practices here. No advance notice, nothing. Just a surprise charge of $65+ on our utility charge for the previous month. The email announcement attached is proof to address the recent concerns raised about the "porter fee" on our accounts. They also mentioned that we're the only building out of the 3 apartments that are being charged this fee (for now), but will eventually be rolled out to the other 2 apartments within the community. This is saying that all the residents in the brand NEW apartment will need to also pay a porter fee towards 1. maintenance services, 2. common area upkeep, and 3. community events+amenities. Let that sink in for a bit... so what exactly is our rent increases going towards then? We've also been putting up with the inconsistent trash fee that ranges anywhere between $60 to $80 per month, on top of the mandatory $25 valet trash fee, which we rarely use anyways. Should've taken the hint when the utility service clearly says "CONservice".

We're one of the tenured residents here since Broadstone Arden first opened up and we've been extremely satisfied with what this apartment has to offer and continues to provide, especially any ongoing maintenance throughout the 2 years. The community here is very friendly and resident services is always willing to help, even when they're extremely busy (especially due to the whole pandemic situation). All our friends and family who have visited have been very impressed with the apartment and we're always excited to give them tours and experience all the hip amenities this place has to offer. Thank you for making this a place we're proud to call our home!

Overall it is a good community. It is beautiful and also becomes safer but people who work in the leasing office never help. All the event calendar dates were wrong. Always need to reschedule and inform us through email.

Beautifully designed interior spaces with wonderful amenities and regular events and activities. Rent is a tad pricey for smaller units but does seem to mirror the market rate in Orange County which is exorbitantly high and there isn’t a diversity of pricing right now in the area- very limited market. So if you’re going to pay half your paycheck, there is more value at Broadstone Arden as opposed to other large local apartment options.

The Broadstone Arden apartment community is truly one of the nicest apartment communities Ive ever experienced. Whenever I have a guest, they always describe their experience as You look like youre living at a vacation resort. I have to agree with them 100%.

I went to Arden for a tour last weekend and it was absolutely amazing. From the entrance, to the beautiful leasing office. I can tell that a lot of detail went into the development of the place. It was huge but surprisingly clean. There were a lot of unique amenity areas, like arcades, longes, a golf simulator room and a huge pool on the rooftop with a massive screen. Our tour guide Michael did a really good job showing us the different floor plans and highlighting the details put into the hallways and amenity areas. He was very and great to converse with. If you’re looking for an amazing living experience, I recommend Broadstone Arden and I recommend you tour with Michael. We’re deciding on a 2-bedroom at the moment and wifey can’t wait to move

Love our experience at Broadstone Arden thus far! The staff has been wonderful & attentive. Any minor issues we've had, they were quick to fix. Maintenance team is fantastic! The complex is always clean. There is a cleaning crew that cleans the complex (saw several of them cleaning the gym area the other day). Amenities are wonderful!!! We truly feel at home here and would highly recommend Broadstone Arden!

Perfect place to live for the hip, career focused individual that enjoys smart features and an open concept to their living environment!

Would not recommend living here. The apartment is beautiful but it was very poorly designed. My electricity was wired incorrectly so that there was no power in the dining room. There's no hot water for showers unless you wait until the middle of the day and even then you only get about a minute of hot water. The cabinets in the kitchen are so poorly designed that if you open the corner door, it hits the one next to it and the door falls off. The whole place is a safety issue. It's not a great area, so most of the value is in the apartment itself, which is not well designed.

This place is beyond beautiful, close to everything including the highway, professional staff with top notch amenities! Friendly neighbors and fantastic rooftop views!

The broadstone arden was perfect to me since i saw it online while just browsing for apartments. I thought it would be too good to be true and the pictures would make it look better than it is. but that wasnt the case it was perfect in person too just as much as the pictures. from the leasing staff to the actual building everything about the place is lovely. the parking and trash is convienent. the amenities are amazing even though for specific reasons due to covid we arent allowed to use them right now which is understandable we cannot wait to be able to use them and feel them out. the apartments themselves are big and clean and you cannot hear any outside noises or any other guests. i feel so at home and it hasnt even been a month. living in luxury and comforbility for an adorable price is the best case scenario. i would 100% recommend this amazing chic building to live in.

We chose to move to Broadstone Arden over a weekend visit to our friends. It was a quick decision as we are trying to leave Bay area. The online application was easy to go through, the few hiccups and inconveniences came from their third party vendor (If you are going to vet if someone has a job or not, stop calling them during work hours when they are in meetings!). Once that part was done, everything else was smooth. The apartment is in good condition with few small maintenance need (considering it's new and have been empty for a long time), amenities are great and it's in a very convenient location. Def do not regret moving here!

Broadstone Arden is a beautiful new community and the staff is friendly and great. However, there are still many growing pains and issues that the community is going through.

Erin and her team have confirmed that I made a great decision moving into Broadstone Arden. This place is just beautiful and everyone that has visited me has left feeling like they just visited a resort. I'm still getting settled, but I am so thankful to call this place home. Thank you to Erin (who always was prompt in answering my countless emails), Toi, and Madison in particular for their warmth and assistance throughout.

I am tenant at this place and I am regretting moving in here! The leasing office and management do not care for the tenants! All they want is there rent regardless of your experience! Not to mention the homeless community right next door on the train tracks. Be careful, they have broken into a few cars in the parking structure including mine! There is not much to say about the amenities, as nice as they are, there is no point since you aren't allowed to use them! You are better off getting a place in Irvine where it's a lot safer than this neighborhood! Especially with the amount they will ask you to pay! I do not recommend to anyone! It's a shame! Corporate Greed does not belong in your home, and if you move in here that's the experience you'll receive!!!! Please reconsider your move in here and pick a better place!
