The management team can be very condescending. They request improvements, but there is rarely a tangible solution(or at least they claim).Walls and floors are paper thin (neighbors could be heard from all around, above, below, and of course, the halls.) Parking deck was also hazardous becuase of the narrow spacing and speeding residents.

This building was nice when I first moved in, the building has gone down tremendously it’s like they couldn't fill the building so they let anyone in and weed smoking loud music is out of hand

Leasing team is amazing. The apartment set up and space is really bad, unfinished work and loose shower door closet door, inconvenient way to bring your household good to your apartment, usually there is a computer to access as part of amenities there is none, while my pre installed wifi doesn't have power going through can't set it up stills waiting for another two weeks for xfinity to come out ect.

I toured a studio and one bedroom apartment with Ms. Krystal today. I received great customer service throughout the whole tour and before I even got there. I ended up getting lost and they helped me navigate to the building. I walked in and Krystal greeted me with a smile and something to drink. The place is BEAUTIFUL! The studio apartment was very spacious and met everything on my list. I toured the one bedroom and it was also very nice but it was more spacious than I may have needed. It’s only me! The amenities are great…I can already see me hosting games nights on the rooftop. I’m super excited to call this place home in the next couple days! I highly recommend! Oh and it’s brand new!!
