Let me tell you all something I went through there to look at the apartments and I fell in ?? love that the staff was all smiles and beautifully pleasant, especially Lindsey, I love the vibe there.

Moved in- the water hose was not attached to the sink. It took them 7 months and multiple requests to finally address the issue. Moved in- the door was broken. It did not close properly which is a huge safety concern. Well, it still has not been fixed. On top of that, weird moldy smell in the apartment. Got stuck in this year-long contract. They know this and refuse to fix anything. I will say, the location is fairly convenient.
This property has done a lot of renovating. I love the upgrades. My apartment is beautiful. The staff is professional and friendly. I will definitely recommend it to my friends.
I Been here a year and honestly I don’t have anything nice too say other than I like my neighbors. I don’t have an updated apartment so everything is very old and outdated. They take forever to fix issues. my neighbors just up and left bc of mold issue. And I have a big hole in bathroom over the shower where they supposedly fixed a leak but never came back to close up the hole. So all I see is dirty brown installation barely pink??????? I highly wouldn’t recommend. And u notice they only reply too the good reviews.

Forest Brook Apartments is the best. Beautiful inside: large rooms, huge walk in closet, spacious kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. Miss Jonelle in the front office is sweetheart. Anything that need to be fix she makes sure it is done in a timely manner. I love staying here and plan on being here for a long time. ?? I'm very please.

My move in was seamless even while being virtual due to Covid. Everything is brand new from the appliances and cabinetry to the doorknobs. Very clean and maintenance is very responsive.

These apartments are HORRIBLE. Things break and maintenance (if it even exists) never come around to fix anything. The whole complex is GARBAGE. Front desk agent and management ONLY tell you what you want to hear. Would not recommend to anyone ever in life.
Where do I begin if I could give it a zero star review I ABSOLUTELY WOULD. Unit was INFESTED with roaches. The AC unit also does not work. Was told maintenance will be out but that they currently do not have a technician which makes ABSOLUTELY no sense. Staff just tells you what you want to hear and hope you don’t come back or call back to complain and I mean management and front desk agent. Environment is disgusting. Trashes just blows everywhere. Nothing works, I mean nothing. Not even the onsite laundry mat, once again... No one cares not even the main headquarters who’ve I also reached out to. Rent at your own risk.
The AC units in the apartments do not work. It’s extremely inhabitable and management does not care.
The unit was given to us infested with roaches and disgusting. Nothing was properly cleaned prior to move-in. AC units do not work. The environment is disgusting with trash everywhere; a complete eyesore. Management will tell you what you want to hear but will do nothing to fix any issue that you have. Rent at your own risk.
These apartments are super nice and the staff is sooo friendly and helpful! Both Christina and Jonelle in the office make it so easy and take care of everything very quickly. You guys are the best! Highly recommend.

If you are looking for something cheap ok but this is a hot mess. Management is rude, nothing gets fixed and trash piles up outside EVERYDAY!

I wouldn't advise anyone i know to take up residents in Forest Brook Apartment they have poor management and when the sewer systems back up flood your apartment it's not there fault and you're not covered and when they put workers n your place and they steal it's not there fault trying desperately to get out of here this place is the dumps DON'T MOVE HERE

Hi, Although this review is anonymous, we do remember an incident happening in one of our building last summer. A tree root grew through the underground plumbing and there was a temporarily back up. To correct this issue we had the root removed and the underground pipes jetted clean. We hired a third party company that specializes in this type of damage to come in and remove all the damaged items from the apartments. Since the process to correct the damage was extensive, our company placed our residents in hotels until all work was completed. The residents affected were able to return to their homes within a few short days. Once, each resident returned they found their homes in better condition then was left. Each unit had new carpet installed ,fresh paint, replacement Sheetrock and new vinyl throughout. Although, we could not have prevented this situation from happening we did accommodate our residents very well. The residents who did not have renters insurance could possibly have damaged items that we were not able to replace. This is why we encourage all residents to have renters insurance for anywhere you may rent. Thank you, Forest Brook Management
