Office staff are amazing. Get right too you no questions asked! Helped get us in quick and with no hiccups. Well taken care of place and we are super happy!

I am new in this community. I am still moving, but this apartments are very spacious and comfortable. The place is quiet and has all I needed to have. Just love it!!

Love the area. Everybody been friendly since we moved in. My toddler loves the park. Just parking wise having issues with but otherwise love the area.

I do appreciate the events that are put on here to create a comradery with the community. Parking can be a bit of a hassle but overall does not affect how enjoyable it is to live here.

Nice place to live. Pool and jacuzzi are nice. Gym and Amazon room to get your packages. Office assistants are nice and kind, always willing to help.

Horrible the customer service is terrible in the parking spots are a nightmare. I think it’s super overpriced and I will not recommend the place. Actually I did a post about it in our military wives groups, so yeah, it’s terrible

Very beautiful. Well upkept. Great staff. Love my balcony, the pool and spa. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Love walking around the complex. Easy walk to IHOP and other places.

Initial impressions are relatively positive. The application and leasing process was convenient and speedy. Office staff appear alert and responsive. Rental rate is competitive for the area, but that doesn't mean it's cheap by any stretch. That's post-Covid real estate for ya!

Nice place to live. Beautiful break room. Nice yacuzzi. Basketball field and same games for children. Balconies with peaceful and great view to woods.

For me,the community is beautiful, clean,and welcoming, the neighbors are warm and nice. The apartment I'm in is very lovely, there are 2 bed rooms, sizes perfect for us, the kitchen space is good, comes with stove, fridge and a microwave, bathroom is spacious, and the living dining room area is great. I love the fire place that is here. The pool view from our apartment is nice. The office is right out our door. There is a room provided to keep packages safe until you are ready to go get them. The gym is there, to go work out when we want. There is a work area where we get to print and do computer work. grab coffee or tea when you want. What did they not think of!! If you have kids, there's the play area and if you just want to shoot hoop as an adult or teen, they've got you covered. TheParking offered is great there is enclosed garages, shelter garages, and other park spaces. I would and am recommending Brittion Park Place as the ideal location to live (single, couple, family. )

So far as a new resident I feel very welcomed. The leasing staff were phenomenal and made the process super easy. I was able to receive a quick tour and set up everything I needed so I could move in without any issues. They were accommodating to my individual circumstances and are willing to work with you as much as possible.

The move-in process was easy and fast. It is a pleasure to work with the managers and live here. The apartments are clean and welcoming. The community is amazing, calm, and uplifting.

We recently moved here and overall I would say it is a great experience thus far. It's clean and the neighbors and staff are friendly. There are some issues with people not following the community rules but we can't blame the community for that.

Honestly, this place is completely overrated. We’re paying a considerable amount for the apartment, and parking isn’t even included. You have to pay nearly $100 for a carport or $150 for a garage, which is ridiculous considering many places include parking. On top of that, guest parking is basically nonexistent. There are way too many residents and not nearly enough spots, so we constantly have to park outside the complex. As for amenities — there really aren’t any. The pool is only open for two months out of the year, which makes no sense. The only so-called “amenity” is a coffee machine… and they randomly unplug it in the late afternoon or at night, which feels like they’re cutting corners on the one small perk they offer. For what we’re paying, the least they could do is include one parking spot for two-bedroom units and maintain the minimal amenities they advertise. If you’re considering moving here, I’d seriously recommend looking into other options. This place is overpriced and offers nothing in return.

Recommended. Nice pool. Well equipped gym. Bus stop in front of the building. Quiet environment. Well maintened units. Beautiful view. A little bit noise because of traffic, those apts that face Britton Place.

Did not see the apartment before getting to Washington state, but the leasing office was very helpful and ensured I walked into a clean apartment when I arrived. Needless to say, I was very happy with the place I walked into when I arrived!!

Super easy move in and friendly staff! All of our neighbors have been super nice. Only complaint is the dog park is extremely small and not well maintained. There is a public dog park nearby so its not a huge issue for us.

The staff is nice and the maintenance is quick at fixing things the grounds are kept clean and the amenities are great especially the gym great place to live.

The process to apply took a bit longer than any other community I've rented from but otherwise what a great leasing team this community has! They were extremely kind and helpful anytime I had concerns during the application process and worked diligently to help us meet some very important deadlines during our move!

Overall a good experience here. The parking situation is horrible though not enough stops to park. almost forced to pay for a covered spot or parking garage.

The team at Britton are very friendly and professional. From touring the property, application process, and to the move-in was smooth. We felt comfortable here from the beginning and we plan to stay for a long time

Great place to call home. Pet friendly and family friendly. Love the location and the community staff is amazing. The amenities are nice and we love the resident events.

This apartment has been a really good change for me and my husband. The area is nice and I feel safe enough to walk my dog. The prices aren’t too bad and the staff is very welcoming and helpful. Highly would recommend these apartments

The only thing is that I wish the pool was opened for a little longer, but it’s an amazing place to live. Staff is amazing and I like it here.

We’ve only been here for a couple of days and we already love it. It’s so peaceful, neighbors are nice, and there are lots of fun amenities.

Overall love living in the community. I don't have any problems with neighbors and the apartments are nice. It's been a long time since I've lived in an apartment but I love these ones

It feels good to have a home again. Britton Place is a very welcoming apartent complex, and the manager is very helpful too. The grounds are well maintained and there is always fresh complimentary coffee during office hours.

Some parking issues, AC would be nice! But nice pool and gym area. Some of the neighbors are very nice, as well as the staff here. Overall okay community!

The apartments are nice but over priced. Also, there is no parking available after 5 at all. People have to resort to parking wherever they can find room. It’s absolutely ridiculous.

PARKING SUCKS AND ITS SO OVERPRICED. You’d think that with how much they charge for your unit there would be security cameras at least but NOPE. Car got broken into with military gear in it and gear was stolen. Told complex immediately and they never fail to remind us that even though our checks got cut were still past due on our rent. The structures and railings for towels are cheap as heck and the shower drain doesn’t plug all the way. Parking though? Yeah no. Covered spaces is 55 on top of your rent while a garage is 125. Without those you now have to park in the overflow across the street if you can’t find a spot inside. It’s ridiculous. Walls are paper thin, things keep breaking and they’re charging me an arm and a leg for it all. Oh and your utilities are high and separate from your rent! Yeah lots of military which makes it a breeding ground for prowlers so don’t leave anything in your vehicle cause even if it’s in the complex it’ll still get broken into. Literally can’t wait for the end of the year so our lease is up and we can move on base. I’d rather chance the mold than live here longer.

At first glance, Britton Place Apartments can appear very inviting with its chic leasing office and fitness center. The grounds are well maintained and the structures are aesthetically pleasing. The leasing agents will welcome you with a smile, offer you coffee or water and will "welcome [you] home"...until you sign your lease. Construction is shoddy at best with crooked and/or loose door fixtures, cabinets, and horrible paint jobs. The heating systems in each unit are a joke, the overall floor plan design was not well thought out; even worse, unless you're willing to pay an arm & a leg for parking your car in a garage or a designated space in addition to your overpriced unit & utilities, be prepared to park in no man's land or get creative with parking in any space that isn't painted such as around (or even inside) the mailbox structure. For dog lovers, however, Britton Place does appear to accommodate any breed & size as you will hear them bark through the paper thin walls as well as every move your upstairs neighbors make and every conversation/argument they have (earplugs don't work- I tried). As for the leasing office, be prepared for false promises and superficial personalities. My lease cannot end soon enough. Do yourself a favor and search elsewhere. There are far too many greater options in the area.
