The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Bristol Ridge
Bristol Ridge is great, and has an attentive staff and maintenance crew. We never really had trouble with neighbors or their kids. It's generally pretty quiet. My only complaint would be that the pool was closed for the entire summer (2018) without notice or explanation. Other than that, I would recommend it to anyone!
The few reviews shown are old as in 2 years. I lived here for several years. I went there today to visit a friend. Very sad. The buildings have new paint in hallways, but everything is filthy. The junk on patios is awful. There is a "Bernie Sanders for President" sign in one window. Light globes in halls are filled with bugs. The shrubs, trees have not been trimmed since the new management took over.
I love living at Bristol Ridge! The manager is Fantastic and the maintenance is great! This is my forever home! I am so happy here! I have not had any problems here, the people are very friendly! I have had to call maintenance a couple of times, they were very quick about fixing my problems and I am very satisfied with their work! BRISTOL RIDGE CANNOT BE BEAT! THIS IS MY HOME SWEET HOME!
The Bristol apartments are the best to live in. Big rooms, everything is working, very clean, manager is very friendly, if we need help, they are ready to help any time we need and very fast. Well we are here for almost 4 years, we did not move, so i think that tells you everything about this apartments. It has big courtyard with a pool, big park very close, lake, siding areas, and very safe to raise family. Elementary, middle and high school very close. Thank you Hazema
The people in the main office are very nice and polite. They are always willing to help me when I need it.
The apartment managers and maintenance people are extraordinary addressing any and all issues in a timely manner. I had a water issue that they worked on until it was solved and compensated me which was greatly appreciated.
It's a pretty nice place and were moving there soon and it'd be awesome to win this.
Bristol Apartments are an amazing place to move into! There are so many families here that I'm sure are as satisfied as I am to move into these apartments and maybe even beyond satisfied. There's a swimming pool that's always pretty clean and you meet wonderful neighbors here, I'm honestly glad we picked living here as a first time renter and hopefully for more years to come! The manager is very friendly and understanding as well as the maintenance crew, you'd feel right at home living here..I promise! Everyone keeps the place clean as well as presentable to new residents and I don't have a complaint with living here since May.
