Property Ratings at Bristol Place Apartment Homes
Living here has been a mixed experience. The layout of my unit is acceptable but lacks functionality in key areas, such as the absence of a pantry, which makes food storage inconvenient. Noise is a recurring issue due to my unit’s location near the pool. While the pool itself is often mildly dirty, and while the space is enjoyable when quiet, its general upkeep is lacking. One of the most frustrating issues has been the gym—particularly the treadmills, which have remained unusable for far too long. There has been little indication that management plans to resolve this any time soon. Parking also continues to be a problem. Reserved spots that residents pay for are sometimes taken by others. Also, reaching apartment staff is difficult. They don't respond to the phone often, and the front office is routinely locked during office hours.

i've only lived here a month & both vehicles have been broken into with shattered windows... twice. office manager does not care if you feel unsafe. which sucks because the community is fairly quiet. security detail isnt worth it
These people are always, ALWAYS in your business. They snoop at you balcony. They had 15 cars get broken into and WHERE was the insight Security thats supposed to be there???! They charge you for fees to move. All these people want is your money!
Bristol Place is a great place to live. All the office staff and maintenance crew are friendly, professional and do an excellent job of not only meeting but exceeding expectations. Any concerns are always handled in a timely manner and to my satisfaction. The complex also has many awesome amenities and holds events to show appreciation for the residents. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a great place to live in Baton Rouge.

Bristol place is Beautiful, Clean and an amazing home for you and your family. This is my 2nd apartment and bristol place has the best floor plans ive seen. It feels like a home rather than an apartment. The maintnance team is great and this is an amazing place to live.

I have lived here for 10 years and and have had an excellent experience. I would like to stay longer, if it was not for the breezeway area. I was in the process of either moving to another apartment in another building or moving to a new complex in March, when covid-19 hit. I renewed my lease.

Britsol Place has been a great home for my husband and I. We are buying a house and moving out soon. We are sad to leave our beautiful apartment but so happy to embark on our new adventure.

Virtually a life long resident of Baton Rouge,LA. Having lived in some {11} different apartment communities: Bristol Place has far and away been my most satisfying experience... Highest regard for BRISTOL...
Disgusting Practices! Renter beware! My husband moved here for work purposes and we looked at the initial reviews of this property and thought it would be a good fit for him. My husband was barely at the apartment for the timeframe he resided there. He put in his 60 day notice in January of this year and when it was time to move out (60 days later) the leasing agent gave him a hard time and told him he would have a higher balance because he didn't submit the 60 day notice in time. She had a horrible attitude and he eventually spoke with the manager and was able to get it resolved. Fast forward to move out day, no one was able to walk the apartment with him so we took pictures. There was a small stain on an area of the carpet in the dining room so they decided to charge a full replacement fee ($250). The dining is met by hardwood floors in the kitchen area. Definitely don't understand why 2 other rooms would need to be replaced too. Our son drew on ONE wall in the dining room, they charged him to paint the whole apartment ($350). I wouldn't recommend that anyone move here. However, if you do proceed with caution. One more thing, as soon as you move out and they calculate the "damages", they'll send it over to collections. He literally moved out 15 days ago. Disgusting!
This community has always caught my families eyes when we were driving by and the fact that actually becoming a resident is finally an option is amazing! Not only did we feel welcomed from the guy in the office he took so much pride in talking about the community it made us feel more interested. The whole property is green not a dead bush, plant or anything In sight! Very very happy with my experience and the engagement from my tour.
This place is a joke. Every detail they gave us regarding pricing, availabilty, etc was incorrect. We needed a place to stay asap to build a house. My rent continues to go up somehow and they lie about everything. Cant even get in and out of the property due to construction in front that blocks the road and they have mud and rocks all over. Extremely disappointed. Prepare to be SCAMMED
This place is PERFECT... Talk about convenience. Everything is practically right outside of my front door or just minutes away. (popular restaurants, movie theaters, local grocery stores, post office, great schools and night life) It's all right here and if it's not here yet, it will be here pretty soon because this location is booming. I'm so comfortable here, sometimes I forget I'm in an apartment. All the space I need with all the bells and whistles you can ask for. (fully equipped gym, lounge/media area, pool and volleyball court just to name a few) Everyone's so friendly here, especially the staff and office personnel. If your in the area and looking for the "COMPLETE PACKAGE" add Bristol Place Apartments to the top of your list. I promise you won't be disappointed... E. Johnson Baton Rouge, LA.
These apartments are in a perfect location for all your needs. The pool area is beautiful and is kept very clean. The grounds are very well maintained. I came from a large three-bedroom house and the apartment had ample storage space for everything to fit. There is a dog park and workout room plus a volleyball court. There is wood floors in the kitchen and bathroom, double sinks in bathroom and a huge closet. The bedroom held all my king-sized furniture and the living room was large enough for my sectional sofa. I feel very safe here as everything is gated and am very comfortable.
