The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Bristol at New Riverside
I love living here, Summer and Morgan are always so warm and welcoming when we come into to the office. They make us feel like family, we love being able to visit with Carol when she is in the office too. Jonathan and Freddie are there to help if we have an issue in our apartment and the issues are resolved quickly. We hope to live at Bristol for a long time.
Property Manager at Bristol at New Riverside, Responded To This Review
Thank you for the fantastic feedback! It's wonderful to hear our team provided amazing service and you feel like family. That's music to our ears and we are honored you've chosen to call Bristol at New Riverside home -- and plan to for years to come!
If you are looking for newer, modern, affordable (compared to other locations), and a thriving community this is the area to be. I truly enjoyed my time at Madison. I wish I was able to see through all the other added fun and restaurants that will come. Publix across the street. DG 2 minutes down the road. Gas around the corner. Old town- 10 minutes and Savannah less than 30. Prime location to be if you want to be in Savannah and Bluffton. You simply need to figure out the times of good travel. The front office staff actually were so well rounded and provided a great experience. The maintenance staff was attentive and I never waited more than 2 days for something to be fixed. I will warn that this is a new apartment complex with its downfalls (water flow, bulb burst, running water in toilets, and air units with the heat) before success, but who doesn't have those? I have never felt unsafe or unheard. I wish the complex nothing but the best for the area!
New apartments. Expensive. Moved in in November. It’s December and I’m ready to move out! The dishwasher leaks. It’s been “repaired” several times. Maintenance states they will come back and fix or complete things, and don’t. Reported ants and spiders, office does nothing as infestation continues. Ants all on kitchen counters and in my food. Valet trash is a forced fee, and only pick up 50% of the time. Do not move here. Looks nice, but is deceiving.
I looked at a few places but what really made me choose here was the office staff. They made everything so easy and kept the communication so easy through the whole process. I also LOVE LOVE my new kitchen!
I moved in a few weeks ago and everything has been amazing. First, huge shout out to Summer and Morgan, they have been nothing short of wonderful and so helpful. Second, the maintenance man Jose is awesome. He is always picking up debris that has blown over to the property and is always so nice to stop and ask how my day is. I am going to be here for a very long time.
The apartments are brand new and very spacious and they’re conveniently next to the roundabout and that’s the only plus. Maintenance is very slow to come around and fix the work orders. Still waiting on our cabinet door to be fixed and it’s been several weeks since they fixed everyone else’s. The “valet trash” is terrible especially for multi family residents. You constantly hear other dogs barking and there is dog poop all over the grass by the parking lot which is super gross you have to watch where you step to get into your own car. For what we pay- it’s disappointing. Also not a great building for anyone who is handicapped. There is no wheelchair ramp to even get from the parking lot into the first level of the apartments. No handicap parking either for residents.
Can't wait to call this new, beautiful community home in the next couple of weeks. Awesome staff who truly cares about your needs.
