I have had troubles with my apartment since day 1. The A/C has consistently blown hot air when the air conditioner is on. I’ve had to put in 5 maintenance requests to get it fixed and within a few weeks it’s not working again. I’ve only lived here for 4 months and it’s issue after issue. The floor boards aren’t properly sealed so there are sections that are lifting. My front door keypad randomly decides to shut off and i am forced to wait out the lockout since there’s “nothing that can be done” to get inside. The parcel locker was down and the gates randomly don’t work. It has been nonstop issues with this place which doesn’t make sense because it’s a new complex. The only nice thing is the gym. There is dog poop everywhere and they have very strict towing policies when there are soooo many empty spots available. This place is a mess. The main manager in charge is hardly ever seen. The main leasing agent that helps is the newest member. She does what she can but the other two are hardly ever around when there are issues. Don’t move here, I most certainly regret it.

Everything is fine except the concern on the response of the maintenance team. It is very hard to get the information about what they did to resolve an issue that I reported to them.

Outstanding Community with Exceptional Staff and Amenities Brio Apartments offers a great living experience with its helpful staff, reliable maintenance team, and excellent amenities. From the moment you move in, you feel supported and well cared for, making it a comfortable place to call home. Office Staff: The office staff, including Diana, Gabby, and Amy, are always helpful and proactive. They address issues promptly and ensure that residents are well-informed and comfortable. Their professionalism and friendliness create a positive atmosphere in the community. Resident Events: They have lots of events that make it feel like a wonderful community. From clubhouse events to food trucks, there’s always something coming up. Maintenance: Miguel and Brian from the maintenance team are attentive and timely in handling any requests. Whether it’s a minor fix or a larger repair, they respond quickly and complete the job efficiently, ensuring everything runs smoothly in the apartments. Amenities: Brio’s amenities are top-notch. The gym is well-equipped and well-maintained, perfect for regular workouts. Amazing place to live and I’ve lived everywhere including a different state. Brio is top of the line, I recommend it to everyone. Best place I’ve ever lived at.

So far moving to brío has been excellent. The community is peaceful and quiet, so much green around the complex it makes it so pretty, the trails they have around the apartments to do a little mini lap or two was a good idea to add.

Being at the brio so far has been a great experience from first meeting the leasing team to being here almost a month. It is a great location with excellent amenities and quiet which is something I was worried about initially when moving into an apartment. So far I’d highly recommend the Brio!

The management is not great and does not fix issues for months. Many problems from trash not being picked up, ac does not work well, nails in the carpet and loud refrigerators. Be warned maintenance has no experience either. There are better options as this apartment really does not care about its residents.
