It has been great living here. I’m safe and comfortable. The staff is very accommodating and they look out for residents. It really feels like home.
Maintenance is amazing! Office staff is amazing! I have good neighbour's and the residential staff are all amazing! The environment is always clean
First month has been amazing. I couldn’t ask for a more beautiful and welcoming community like the Brio! The property is well kept and so aesthetically pleasing, the apartments are so modern with the newest appliances, and everyone is so neighborly and kind. My family and I plan on being her for the foreseeable future!
Love it here so far! Shelby in the leasing office has been an absolute pleasure to work with throughout my process of viewing the property to moving in!
The ladies in the office were very helpful with my move in. Lisa was very understanding when obstacles arose . Mantinence was on top of every request I made.
Office is very reliable and open every day Very clean apartments Maintenance is very reliable as well As soon as I put in a request it gets attended too within the same week
The staff here really tries to help you out and gives you information as soon as possible as well as try to resolve any issue at an early convenience. The community is really friendly and nice. The hallways are the only downside there are holes in walls and sometimes are dirty. The sidewalks and pool area are maintained. The units are nice and cozy.
I applied on 8/25 and advised i wanted to withdraw my application 8/26. I asked about my security and i was told i would get it 9/2 or 9/12. I call 9/10 to follow up and was told its 30 days. office is incompetent and doesnt care about what we are told!

Love my apartment had a 2 bedroom went down to a 1bedroom because I didn’t want to leave this apartment complex! 3 dog parks and the residents are very respectful of not hogging them. Maintenance is amazing and timely Staff are friendly and professional Jade was super helpful answering all my questions. The complex is clean and well kept Residents are friendly And the apartments are clean, quality upgrades with budget friendly pricing This complex is surrounded by plenty of family friendly restaurants parks and shopping centers. Your writhing reach of anything you may want or need. 10/10 recommend
They will tow your vehicle any chance possible, they rent garages but have people live on top so you get noise complaints, they can’t keep staff, the outside grills haven’t worked in 6 months. Terrible place
Very nice and friendly dont have a hard time finding parking. It’s a very quiet place the apartment is very roomy. The office staff was very helpful ,and understanding when we couldn’t move in at the time we were supposed to.

I enjoy the apartment complex. The unit is beautiful and the area feels safe. Office staff are friendly and helpful. My only issue is how dirty the stairwells and hallways are.
Everything is fine just wish the concrete was more clean. And wish the pool lights were on at night. I just feel like these are not luxury apartments as they say

Everything is ok . Have had a few issues but they were address pretty quickly. Everyone is very nice and friendly. They keep the grounds nice and clean from trash.

Great apartment complex. love all the amenities and the staff is always so kind and helpful. I have enjoyed living here. i do wish people would pick up after pets better but besides that i have no complaints
Great apartment living. Not so luxury though. Lots of broken amenities like dog water faucets and dog bathing station. Club room area is only available during office hours. Residents tend to not take care of their pet waste either or know how to throw away trash properly
Staff and residents are welcoming and the property is beautiful. I love the atmosphere and amenities. I anticipate a long term stay at the Brio of Lookout.
After two years, I couldn’t imagine living anywhere else in the area. This tucked back gem keeps improving with the addition of new businesses right outside the gate. It’s quiet and clean, the gym is packed with great equipment and the pool and common areas elevate the value and your state of mind. This location gives exclusive vibes.
The move-in process was very easy, and very smooth ! And the people there were very kind as well ! I would highly recommend to any looking for an affordable, but still very nice apartment complex.
Overall a peaceful community, ladies at the front office are all very sweet. Seems to always be clean on the streets & my garbage disposal, the pool is always clean as well. I’m happy here
Maintenance is a hit or miss, they either come by and fix the problem or will start the project, see it’s something they need to get and don’t come back until I request a new maintenance request in the app, even then not sure if they will show up. The apartment is nice though

I love the community everyone is friendly, however my gate key keeps breaking and I buy a “new” one from the office and it works for a day or two then stops, leasing office always says they can’t do anything about it just gotta buy a new one so that is no good. The pool is nice but it can get dirty for days with no one cleaning it. idk these apartments say “luxury” but in reality they’re just normal apartments, the gym is nice but only has two treadmills and it gets packed. The train is loud when we bought the apartment the lady was like “oh you won’t hear a thing!” Yeah right the train passes like 10x a day even at night time they honk as well, I don’t even need to set my alarm anymore because it wakes me up. I’m use to it though. Overall the apartment is near nice places like the forum and walking distance to Starbucks and the gas station.
The front office people were super sweet and helpful, and so far the apartment complex is great! Everything is kept clean and in good shape, the pool is nice, and the walls are thick.
Front office and maintenance are awesome and so nice, only met a few of my neighbors but they are lovely people as well! Love the atmosphere of brio.
I just moved in this weekend and the entire staff has been extremely friendly and helpful. I did run into an issue with the floorplan I originally wanted but, the manager Michelle was able to provide me options to transfer units if needed and wanted. The property itself is very quiet and clean! Only thing I am not fond of is the limited parking for visitors AND how we do not have a visitor pass with us at all times, we are required to go to the office each day/time we have a visitor over to get a pass. What happens if it's a late night emergency and there is no parking in visitors area and office isn't open to get a pass? That is the only main inconvenience I am running into thus far, otherwise everything has been smooth sailing.
Stairs and hallways always dirty . Trash people drag the bags .. only good thing is the gym and the pool. Parking after 8:00 is full. The apartment layout is nice and very updated
I love living here everyone is so sweet and the amenities are exactly what I need to feel at home! This is my second year living here and i would highly recommend to anyone looking in the area that wants a reasonable priced rent and a upgraded apartment!
Conditions have degraded a bit since my last review. The new management doesn't seem to care about dog park maintenance, regular cleaning of the breezeways, or even resident parking. At the beginning of the beginning of March, they sent out an email stating that parking would be regulated now. All cars without a sticker would be towed. That has not happened once. Not to mention, cars park in the paid covered parking without paying for it. The reason I know this is during the day, those same cars are parked in normal spaces. I'm in building 8, and there has been dog vomit and other waste in the stair case and breezeway for about 2 months now. The dog parks are falling apart too. They're taken over by weeds, the grass is eroding into dirt, and there hasn't been any action into combatting POS residents not picking up after their dogs.
I have enjoyed living here. the staff is very friendly and will help you in any way they can! and the facility has great amenities like the gym and pool

Very attentive and maintenance is fast. Just moved in and it seems very quiet, even living next to the train tracks it’s not very noisy, which is perfect for the kids
Been living here for a year now and It’s been pretty good love the pool during summer time! Everyone is nice and friendly very dog friendly as well.

So far so good. Haven't met too many people yet. The atmosphere seems easy and relaxed. No complaints. I like that my building is close to everything. That's a huge benefit
It's really a pleasure to live here at the Brio apts. From day one , I immediately fell in love with this complex I enjoy all the amenities that comes with living here. The pool has been my most visited area. Everyday during the summer I'm there at least two hours. I have also enjoyed our recreation area where I have entertained many times. My intention is to remain a valued Brio tenant for the next three years, my plan was to remain for five years. Thank you Brio and staff for keeping our complex safe, secure and livable.
Cars are broken into constantly. They say they have a security guard that comes and checks but there is no security guard they say this is luxury living but getting a car broken into majority of the time is not luxury living so beware if you’re looking for safety living.
i love it here, it's super peaceful and the apartments are perfect. Been in mine for almost a full month and i have absolutely no complaints
The neighbors can be loud with their music and how loud they talk and it's also hard to find parking at night so we have to drive around the whole complex to find parking
Living here has been pretty cool besides the gates being broken all the time and the staircase always stinky and dirty. Other than that everything has been fine!
The apartments, pool and gym & lobby is nice . But the stairs are hideous nasty the people that pick up the trash always drag it and everyday gets worst we pay 28 for trash pick up since it’s mandatory ..
Just moved in and already love it!!! They are so nice inside I love it. The managers are so sweet and even gave goodie baskets. Complex is well put together as well!

My lease is up in April, and unfortunately I've had to give my move out notice due to personal reasons. It's been so wonderful living here and I loved my apartment and the community itself! I felt safe, and even though I did not talk to many people, but there was always a smile in return to mine, a good morning or a hello! The Brio Staff has been so super wonderful, always willing to make things easier in many ways! During the summer the pool was always clean and inviting. I don't have a dog, but my balcony faced the doggy park and I enjoyed watching them play, and sometimes make me laugh! I would recommend Brio @ Outlook to anyone looking for a great place to live!
Nice place and neighborhood i recommend totally is quiet and clean good spot i like the apartments the distribution, and it’s close to my work so it’s good
