Brighton place makes it nearly impossible to get into contact with Management! and me and my gf have also had several other issues from the ac to the sink!
The management company does not respect boundaries. They do not care about special needs. They lack in communication. They had ants infesting a new tenants home and a flooding and took a bit to do anything about it. They charged another tenant clean up fee because they turned the water off and didn't notify anyone of when they were turning it back on and their apartment flooded the one downstairs. They only care for your needs if you don't question them. Oh and they tried to over charge water because they don't have their stuff together for their water portal

I love the place. It is quiet and the tenant are very friendly. Clean. Walking around complex. You will love the Landlord. She communicated with you and very friendly. If you need a place come and stay you will love it.
