Bridgewood Golf Estates

These apartments are located across from the train track. The apartment I live in is fairly clean. However, if you read the first review about these apartments, then I can confirm that it is true! “Wally” is the manager of these apartments and his wife Connie is the supervisor here. She will be the one that signs all your paperwork with you (of course)…that is because Wally is a not so nice guy. WALLY is a rude person, a liar, and a lousy bully that sits in his golf cart all day…. probably unstable, forsure! You won’t get to meet Wally at all, but you’ll know its him when you see him. I knew it was Wally right away when he shouted at my brother why and what was he doing here (I had my brother drop off my futon for me). So, I’m thinking… I can’t have my guests here? Excuse me?! He later claimed that he was just being “friendly” and wanted to know if my brother needed help carrying the futon. Now, excuse me, but he shouted at my brother sitting 30 feet away in his golf cart, shouting at the top of his lungs! How was that even called friendly and trying to help. Wally is obviously a liar. Then… he follows me shouting at the top of his lungs, wouldn’t even listen to my explanation, when I was taking my sister’s dog back to her. Obviously, I know the dog is not allowed inside my apartment (I was waiting outside with my sisters dog)… and Wally claimed that I had a dog living with me. They came to search around my apartment, which I didn’t care because I already knew I wouldn’t have any dog things in my apartment. And then, they give me a written notice to have a dog, yes, I'm saying "a dog" because they think I have "a dog" here … to move out in 5 days. This place is a joke. It’s not worth living here with bad management, especially since Wally still exist here. Live somewhere else with good reviews!

I was contacted by a tenant who needed assistance relocating due to sudden onset blindness. I took care of all the details for this person and in the end was left to deal with the manager. The tenant warned me that he "wasn't a nice guy". When the manager heard what our plan was he was extremely pushy getting the apartment turned over. The tenant had given a 30 day notice as outlined in the agreement. I hired a professional to help me clean. Gruff and a bully would accurately describe "Wally". This apartment was not dirty to begin with and we spent 6 hours detailing. He walked through and was impossible. He literally hollared at me for not having the professional carpet cleaning already lined up and paid for. He berated and belittled. I left the premises upset saying that I would return at the end of the month to "square up". He follows me yelling at the top of his lungs about nonsense that "I'm not doing him a favor". ?? Upon my return home, my husband sees me (30year vet with involvement in every conflict since late 1980s). I told him the manager was a jerk and that's why I'm upset. My husband drove there to speak to him so I didn't have to. The manager sends his sick wife outside to talk, all the while belly laughing like he lost his mind inside. He would not discuss anything unless it was only myself there. Connie is a Godsend. She is also supervisor there and she finished the paperwork with me. "Wally" just kept driving his golf cart yelling and hollaring as a bully and coward and maybe unstable. Apartments are nice. Clean, well taken care of. But the management.....

I have a fairly great apt on a golf course with a lovely pond right out my door. Very quiet and private...plenty of nature to enjoy. I love the great neighbors.
