Property Ratings at Bridgewater Estates
Wonderful place at a great price! Ive been hear for 2 years and have nothing but a great time . They work hard to keep things clean and fix them quickly when needed. We have a great new parking lot, office, community space, and grills to use. We are always kept up to date with maintenance and snow removal. The quiet pond out back makes this farm girl feel at home! This was truly the best place for me!
I'm so glad that I have had the opportunity to live here for the past few years. The management here is Wonderful! if you need something fixed in your apartment they always come to fix it in a timely manner! It's a wonderful place to stay! They always have the hallways clean and very well maintained building. They have a great community room/patio area if your having a get together, and if you like to work out they have a nice work out room too! So if your looking for a great place to stay, Look no more this is the place for you.
We have lived in the 3 bed/2 bath apartment for almost a year now and are planning on staying! The common areas are always clean and well kept and having the friendly, helpful management team on-site is very reassuring. We had a problem with one of the air conditioners and the next day it was replaced with a new, updated one. The common room (fully equipped kitchen, stove, fridge, microwave, pool table, darts, tv and all furniture) was invaluable when we hosted Thanksgiving for our large, large family and it's free to use! If you are looking for an affordable, non-smoking, clean and close to everything in town apartment, look no further!
We lived here for 3 years. When we first moved in, we didn’t like the fact that you could smell smoke in the hallways. Thankfully management made the decision to go to being a smoke free building. The past and current manager have been super friendly & helpful with whatever questions you may have. We came home late one Sunday night and noticed our air conditioner went out. The low that night was basically 75-80 degrees and humid; it was miserable. We wrote a maintenance request to the manager and 9am Monday morning, we got a knock on the door with a new air conditioner. I was not expecting them to solve the problem that quickly but was very thankful they did! All in all, a very nice building & property. Love the pool table and patio grills. I’m very glad to have chosen this property when we moved to Alexandria!
