I could not have got an ideal location for my requirements. They offer various room size and benefits and the smaller unit was effective and precisely what I wanted. The staff was really accommodating and helpful, often joining in the conversation. They give free self-service laundry amenities and a petite shop to buy food and washing items. The room set-up was large, small kitchen and recipes, detergent and other accomplices were provided. Needed to continue my stay several seasons and the front desk process to perform this was simple and practical. Overall; it is perfect long-term Apartment home. I do not find any reason of not to recommend others. Great Great Great always Great.

We have rented this apartment by seeing hi ratting and interestingly low price. Bridgeview apartments in Madera is located near the bus station, shopping center, restaurant, and college. So, we have picked this as our family rental for the long-term stay. We happily stayed here for 3 years without any hassle. Because the owner was very polite and responds fast on any inquiry and he gets steps fast for a solution. This is the best traction of staying here for long months. Really good family stay at this home for a good happy hour service. Rooms are spotless although a little dark and basic. The surrounding environment is quieter and cleaner. The staff are very attentive and look after your every need. Overall, a great stay! I would highly recommend if you want to stay at a clean.

If you want to spend your living in a clean, cozy and comfortable apartment, this is the one you should choose. We had an amazing experience, the first time in Madera and it just couldn't get better! Our apartment was excellent! Clean, including a kitchen if we wanted to cook and the bed was amazingly soft!!!!! Reception extra helpful and educated! They quickly attended to all of our requests and having 24-hour help desk is great. Keep up the same work. Well done Bridgeview Apartments, you never disappoint! Perfect place to stay in Madera. We will without a doubt recommend this apartment to our friends and family. And last but not least. The apartment and the area are very safe at any time.

I have been living here for about five years. Overall my experience has been great! The property is in a convenient location. It is close to gas stations, stores and the highways. I can get to work within 7 minutes since Madera is quite small! The property is well maintained. The property is always clean and they just redid the parking lot. Everything looks nice! The Staff at the office is responsive. They get back to you on work orders very quickly! Usually my work orders got fixed within 24 hours or less. This is great as I lived in some complexes and it took forever. I felt very safe at the complex. I believe they changed over management a couple years ago. The new manager lives onsite and does a great job enforcing the rules. In the summertime, my kids have a fun time at the pool. It gets so hot in Madera! Overall, I would recommend people to live here.

Me, my wife and my son had a wonderful experience while applying for the apartment. Special thanks to Ms. Ana Mendoza who did his very best to assist and attend our needs during the whole application process. She kept us updated with pricing and units available. She also explained clearly all the lease documents. We really felt special too. Plus the unit is very clean, and the kitchen has a good stove. Property looks like it is well maintained. We just got the unit and we are looking forward to also have a wonderful time/experience while we are here.

Wonderful long term stay! We found the Apartment without any problems. Like many say, the Apartment was better than the pictures convey. It was so spacious and was perfectly set up for our family. They are welcoming and thoughtful, giving attention to every detail. We all loved the pool, it is certainly a great feature. It is a lovely place to Balcony in the afternoon. Clean, private, beautiful pool, Fully-equipped Kitchen, Washer and Dryer Connections and Garages Available. The Apartment has a fantastic set up for families. We had the living room and kitchen between us and it worked out great. The Apartment was so neat and clean and just as it was pictured on the web site. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to return again. They made sure you had everything you needed and made you feel comfortable the at home right away. Loved all the pool supplies, towels, clean garage and great advice for the best places to eat. Overall, I would recommend people to live here.

My wife, adult daughter, and I stayed in the Bridgeview Apartment for 1 years, and we absolutely loved the place. It was cold outside, unusually so, but we were warm inside. The house had plenty of room and good appliances...refrigerator, washer and dryer, TV, and a dishwasher. Great location too! The landlords were helpful and friendly. The full kitchen and spacious bathroom are updated with modern amenities including a Fully-equipped Kitchen, Linen Closets, and Large Kitchen Pantry. Fantastic location and good amenities within the Apartment. We will be staying here again next time.

Management is never in the office never available to talk to calls never get answered. What kind of management isn’t never on time every morning at 10 AM? This has been an ongoing thing and I really think it should be taken care of. ASAP!

Wonderful place to stay in a great location. We stayed here for 1 year. Very pleasantly surprised, the apartment was really beautiful!! It was quiet and peaceful. Beds comfortable enough. Fully equipped kitchen everything you needed. The pool was great also. The staff Mario was very helpful and answered our many questions. Apartments are reasonably priced. I really cannot fault this apartment at all and thoroughly recommend it.
