Good location and apartments. But can be misleading about the apartments. The show apartment is much nicer than the actual units. The actual units have lower quality washer and dryers and everything is just painted white. There is splatter from the paint job basically everywhere.

The facilities are great with friendly people all around. Access to downtown, beautiful parks and shopping are wonderful too.

I love living at Bridgeside at Patriots Point! The BEST location in the Charleston area! I definitely spoiled myself when I chose to move to Bridgeside! The location, property, staff, amenities, neighbors and the detailed care of the propery is Excellent!

After college graduation, I looked at a bunch of different properties and this was honestly my first pick. I’m so glad it worked out! The location, the property, amenities, ease of getting around everywhere and all the people that are here are just so nice! I’m super happy here and I love that they are incredibly pet friendly! They have treats and balls and a little doggy spa and it’s so easy to meet people and talk with everyone here!

I love living here! The price is not bad at all considering the prime location, amazing amenities, and overall experience!

Our floor plan is incredibly spacious for a 1 bedroom apartment which we're very happy about and everything is really functionable in the unit. The grounds are so beautiful and the amount of grass around the complex really makes it feel like you have a yard. The amenities are all top notch and people seem to be very friendly. There is a good bit of noise from our upstairs neighbor who either walks very heavily or there just isn't a lot of insulation. A lot of dogs are off leash which is great unless you have a dog that doesn't like dogs running up to them and getting in their face.

I love my apartment, the office staff and maintenance are great. Also the grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Everything I need is nearby and it is very quiet and the dog owners take great care of their pets on leashes and sit on command.

Great place to live, friendly neighbors who have become great friends!

Overall experience is great. Grounds are kept up very nice and overall community is professional and courteous to one's neighbors.

This is a great place to live. It is a nice, well-maintained property with a friendly staff and community. Bridgeside is close to restaurants, grocery stores, bike trails, walking and running trails, and there are a lot of things going on close by. I have been here a few weeks now and am very happy with my decision to move here.

The team at BPP ( office and maintenance) are professional , efficient and always cordial . Residents will always comment on the location of the property and all the nearby attractions and conveniences. It is CERTAINLY a pet friendly community — evidence the dog run and pet shower. Six plus years later — happy as Day One.

Living at Bridgeside Patriots Point for the last year and half has been amazing! My wife and I have been so spoiled by everything Charleston has to offer being 10 minutes away. Being able to see the water from where we live, incredible restaurants, baseball and soccer games, and downtown all within minutes cannot be beaten. The staff does an amazing job of staying on top of things and making sure everyone feels welcomed. The maintenance staff responds immediately for any repair requests and makes sure everything is operating correctly. The amenities and the events they throw cannot be beaten. They throw three events per month for residents and they are a ton of fun and a great way to get to make friends with your neighbors.

I love living at Bridgeside and management is very professional and helpful with any issue. They are very quick to fix any problem. It is a great place to live. I have never lived in an apartment before and this is a great experience.

DO NOT LIVE HERE. Rent raised 10-15% y-o-y Cars and bikes are frequently stolen/broken into. MGMT knows, will not get cameras for garage (yet there are cameras in hallways so they can fine you if your garbage can isn't brought in by 10:01am) You can hear EVERYTHING from units above/below you Cheap, dated/decaying fixtures- balcony door frame rotted, cabinet faces peel off, drawers break, doors and windows were never properly insulated Construction of apartments next door for 2 years: had to replace multiple tires on my vehicle that had nails in them Valet trash is not optional - they miss pickup more nights per week than they come, hallways always smell like trash and pet urine Management is more concerned with issuing $300 fines for DNA pet waste than really anything Old cardio equipment from 2016 Washers + Dryers are cheap & old (oyster park has way nicer everything); dryer takes a minimum of 4 cycles to dry; washers do not fill

Whenever I have contacted the office staff or put in a maintenance request, I’ve been extremely pleased! Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable and has a caring attitude. Love living here!

Bridgeside is a great place to live. All staff are excellent! The residents are also friendly! The community event team have a nice variety of events. I’ve lived here almost 4 years, so I think it a wonderful place to call home!

Not only does this apartment complex sit in the most beautiful location, but the event staff they have is superb. Its so awesome to always have several events to look forward to each month!

Dont rent here. Great location and nice amenities when they are working and taken care of. This place has very poor customer service. Manager seems to not be happy with her job.

When I submit a picture of a problem or submit a maintenance problem they try to do it in a reasonable time period.

Wouldnt recommend living. Mold grows in the bathroom and around vents. And the fire alarm for the buildings constantly go off throughout the day and in the middle of the night with no explanation from management as to why.

I love where I live with 20s to 80 years old people and their pet dogs. Granted there are some issues with immature irresponsible people who have never grew up but basically with my help and others they are learning. It is a beautiful place to live and I love my apartment. The people are friendly and warm and I we will make you feel welcome.

Very convenient to everything Charleston and Mount Pleasant has to offer. Pet friendly with good green space. Well maintained grounds with beautiful flowers and greenery. Helpful staff who went out of their way to help me decide on which floor plan to choose. Highly recommend!

Bridgeside is a wonderful place to live! The friendly staff , neighbors and the quietness off it are a big plus! The grounds are beautiful as well as the apartments and fun activities the staff arranges for special occasions. I have enjoyed my first couple of months here and I look forward to the warmer months when I am able to enjoy more of the outdoor activities! This place has made me love apartment living!!
