I just moved in and so far it has been a pleasant experience. There were a few hiccups concerning my move in date, but the office staff fixed everything and stayed true to the agreement. Like most complexes, there are a couple things that need general upkeep, but overall it’s a nice community and the apartment is nice and roomy with a good layout.

This is my 8th year living in these apartments. There have been at least 3 different property owners. All have been nice, patient and kind. The tenants have changed, some good some not so good. The apartments are in a good location to restaurants, the mall, different grocery stores.

The apartments overall are in a very quiet place and I love that what I don’t like is that I’m paying $25 for valet trash The people are literally not even coming to pick up the trash so I have to go all the way to the dumpster which I’m also paying $15 to have access to. It’s like I’m giving away free money and then I call the office to ask and they never pick up

Love it here. It is laid back nit too much going on. The gym stays clean and gets updates staff very pleasant. I would recommend to anyone wanting to get nice place for affordable prices

Very nice and quiet apartment homes. Great open floor plan concepts. Neighbors are all friendly but keep mostly to themselves. Management is prompt to deal with any concerns especially maintenance.
