I lived at this apartment complex for three years. this is a very quiet place to live, and the fountain is very beautiful and scenic. anytime I had an issue the manager was super helpful and always answered all my questions. English is not my first language, but the manager was always very patient with me and respectful. Also, the maintenance personnel were first class. They always fixed whatever needed fixing very quickly. The only reason I moved was because my new job required me to be closer to my place of employment. I think anyone that moves here would be very happy.
Honestly love to live here very nice areas well maintained and very cool recreational areas. Maintenance staff very professional and provide fast and reliable service.plenty parking spaces

So I’ve been living here for over a year now, and they never seem to disappoint. From the professionalism, to the quick turnarounds, I have absolutely no complaints!! I put in a maintenance request about 30 minutes ago for a problem with my ac. Jose and Yuneski literally took no time to get here, and also identified & rectified the problem right on the spot!! They were very helpful and even walked me through what happened and how to prevent it from happening again. So happy to be apart of a community who actually cares. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Thank you all so much for everything you do.

I moved in July 2019 and recently signed for another year. I live here with my boyfriend and the staff has been nothing but nice, friendly, and responsive. Will write another review after we move out in 2021, but I have been very pleased with the amenities, quality of apartment, and communication thus far.
I felt the need to post a good review to counter some of the negative ones I've read. My experience here has been great. I've only lived here three months, but management has been very responsive to a couple minor concerns I had. In addition, I was out of town for a few days and when I returned to the apartment on a Friday night, the AC was on but not cooling at all. I contacted management who fixed me up with window unit for the bedroom (on a Saturday) to get me through the hot weekend until they could get a necessary part for the compressor on Monday. It was fixed right away. Thank you for the emergency help!
Pros: ~The location is great. It is close to the interstate for full access to all the great parts of Pinellas County. ~Neighbors are very friendly. ~The complex is overall very accommodating to pets. Cons: ~Lack of communication. At first I thought it was due to the constant change of management. Unfortunately, this is not true! The company in charge now is the worst by far. We have filled out paperwork multiple times due to it "not being on file". ~Final account statement will be filled with fees and charges causing you to not only lose your deposit, but owe more money on top of it. ~When trying to get an explanation of the fees, you will hear every excuse in the book (when you are able to get a hold of someone) all just to never receive the explanation. Tips: DON'T But if you do, be sure to take pictures of EVERYTHING before moving out so that they cannot do this to you!
The Property management is not responsive. The grounds are not well kept and the units are highly overpriced. Please do yourself a favor and not live here. You will thank me greatly. This place should be shut down in my opinion.
This place is a complete DUMP, The leasing office never responds to issues. They could careless about the people that live in their apartments. Most of them have mold and cigarette smells in them. It is GROSS and the leasing agents will bait and switch you on Hidden Fees as well as NEVER respond to your issues. This place needs to be Shut DOWN. I am on a crusade to help warn any and everyone who considers living here and let them know. I will also be contacting all the avenues to have their property considered Un-livable and Condemned.
I barely live in my unit, and I hate every single night I have to sleep in there. It's not a safe environment and this is evidenced by the other day when I noticed my dog seem scared when I came home from work. I looked at his tail and noticed someone had come into my apartment and cut off all of his hair on his tail… I can't make this up! Who in their right mind does this? Who has access to my apartment? Maintenance does. So now, I am forced to install a camera in my apartment to make sure someone with access isn’t entering my apartment and doing God knows what while I'm away at work. I have removed my pet for fear someone will hurt him/has been hurting him. I've had my suspicions for a while, because he won't come out of my bedroom unless he hears my voice. Which means the door opening isn't a trigger for him to start barking, it's a trigger for him to be scared and hide. He is 6 pounds and an absolute sweetheart. A maintenance worker/someone with access to my apartment is coming in and doing God knows what when I'm at work all day. I no longer feel safe here. Please save yourself the hassle of having to live in a place where you are not treated like a human being with basic rights to clean and peaceful living environment.
figure if I'm gonna "trash a place" with a review when I'm dissatisfied, I can at least praise it when it makes a turn for the better. I wrote a review about a month ago and judging by the very noticeable changes to the grounds and premises, I'm not sure if management looked at what I wrote or there were others who had the same concerns but the place is on the right track of getting back to how it was when I initially moved here; lawns are well maintained, dog and duck poop is being cleared, or owners are becoming more considerate of others and cleaning up after their fur babies. The pond fountain is operating again and the parking areas are being cleaned up and abandoned vehicles are being tagged for towing...Great Job Viera Bayside!!! It's awesome to know as a resident your concerns don't fall on deaf ears and efforts to correct problems are being made...

I have lived here for almost a year now, and did end up renewing for another year! The property is nice and quiet! Very pet friendly, you end up getting to know your neighbors and their furry friends, pets are a great conversation starter! The staff is very helpful since management has changed, they really care about the property. Things that had been lacking in the past are much better, i.e. recycling area, trash pickup. Even the dog park now has built in agility courses! Its so fun for both of my dogs to run around in there after a boring day at home! Location is obviously great! Nothing negative to say here! :)
