Property Ratings at Bridge Pointe Landing
I had multiple maintenance issues. Water leaking from the ceiling, stove didn't work properly, electrical outlets not working, my toilet didn't flush (this was upon move in) Maintenance is extremely slow, and they cleared several of the requests out without addressing. the bug issue is absolutely insane, they don't keep the grass mowed, trash is everywhere.... it's an absolute disaster of a property. You will hate it if you move there....

If I could give zero stars I would. I just moved into a townhome, and it was not move in ready. The Fridge was leaking and did not work, the dryer outlet plug was burned out and charred and melted and is a fire hazard, counter tops were stained and ruined, the upstairs toilet is leaking and not properly filling and flushing, the spout diverter and faucet are so caroded you cannot even pullup or down to go from shower to bath. The dishwasher is not properly installed and when you go to load dishes the entire dishwasher falls forward. I reported to the office requesting them to be fixed they have yet to fix them. I emailed as well as spoken to the property manager and still nothing is getting fixed. These apartments are not cheap, and they are quick to take your money and slow to address your issues and concerns. My leasing Agent Catherine has not returned a single email since signing the lease. Prior to signing the lease when looking to lease she was very responsive and now nothing. Do not rent here not worth it at all.

I have been waiting 3 weeks for my A/C filter th be replaced. Now it stopped cooling. Do not rent from this place. The bad part about the it they are not cheap.

It is horrible!!! Nothing but drunk men who are piled up in one apartment. And they are all over the complex!! They used to be family friendly but this new staff is letting everyone move in!! These guys literally drink outside and party the whole time they aren't at work!!! The apartments have mold and maintenance never fixes anything!! It was so horrible I didnt even wait til my lease ended!! I have never been happier now that I am gone from there!!!

My car got broken into last at 1:34 in the morning also this place is not safe to stay people offer you drugs, and they don't care about your safely. please don't move here it's horrible. i didn't believe it until i saw it for myself
Make up extra rules as you go...? No written rules , excuse of “rule9” they can change what they want when they want, stuff that’s not in writing( though the tenant regs say this does not apply as there was no previous written rule, controls every move you make or try’s to... repairs shotty, need to re do over and over, NOT re modeled - , painted counters that chip and peal like thin rubber, OLD appliances in dis repair, playgrounds in dis repair, weeds over grown in child areas. Look at plumbing issues, leaky rusted faucets, sealing issues from prior leaks, Tenants to scared of retaliation to speak up! People partying on weeknights till midnight.... get everything possible thing in writing or they won’t hold up to their end. Get corporate info up front! Know your rights. Be prepared to have any decor very heavily scrutinized outside! Don’t forget to take down holiday stuff day of! Or you could get a fine.... you or your kids may get blamed for other tenants messes.
If you really want good quality for what you pay for your rent you dont want to leave here. Starting with there's always trash outside in the parking area and in front of the apartments. The apartment complex is so old the a/c keeps on braking and we suffer from condensation in the ceiling all the time do to this there is mold around every vent and since is two floor apartments the second floor is always hot. The kitchen doesn't have a pantry and if there is something roasted they won't change it. it takes forever manence to fix something
