Situated just north of Austin, Georgian Acres is an energetic neighborhood with easy access to I-35. Founded in the 1800s largely as farming area, the neighborhood has become a hotspot for renters because of its relatively affordable homes and apartments and its proximity to the downtown area.
The neighborhood is largely residential but does have a few local restaurants and shops on the perimeter. Georgian Acres is a very walkable area with a few pocket parks located nearby, such as Payton Gin Park.

I’ve lived here for a few months and it was good at first but it seems like they got rid of all the nice and friendly staff. Now the staff is unhelpful, doesn’t give you any useful information and lets the residents do whatever they want. Nice in the outside but when you move in it’s a small apartment with residents that are kinda just ruining the complex slowly but surely. Can’t wait to move
