Property Ratings at Brick Towne at Waukee Central
Pot smoke in hallway and coming in our bedroom from the neighbors. Brown stuff running down the walls in the stairwell. Brown stain on the bottom of the walls in the stairwell from it not being cleaned. Carpet has many stains and smells like pot. Apartment not clean when we moved in. No manager on site, ever. Dog poop everywhere. Neighbors are loud and smoke pot 24/7.
Was great when I moved in but soon was infested with cockroaches..DO NOT move in here!! Management refused to even compensate for living with the bugs, they had prior knowledge of them and didn't tell me until I told them...DO NOT rent from them!!!
Austin is very prompt and helps out when he can, definitely the best apartment manager I’ve ever had. Apartment complex also has great deals and pricing. Pool, gym, dog wash, and close to trails, dog park, everything!
I moved into BrickTowne @Waukee in September for a new job and it's been the best experience! Austin is wonderful to work with and he truly listens to your concerns. I've had other management companies where I've lived that always said they would fix something and never did; but Austin isn't like that at all. He's ready to fix something within a day or two or able to get maintenance on it ASAP! The amount of communication with the office is amazing as well. I love everything about this place. One of the best places to live in WDM/Waukee. It's quiet and I can't hear any of my neighbors which is an absolute bonus. The building is secure with a special code to get in and it give me an amazing peace of mind to know that no strangers will be roaming the halls. I just can't recommend this place enough!!!!!!
I have worked with the management here for the past 6 months and he is amazing at communication and making me feel welcome. He always gets back to me in a timely professional manner. I highly recommend these apartments if you're looking for a cozy, clean, friendly environment.
