0/10 would NEVER recommend!!! I’ve dealt with constant maintenance issues, poor communication from management, and absolutely no accountability. There’s a new issue almost every week, and this has been going on since DAY ONE. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and avoid the stress.
Awesome. The front desk is amazing and the staff in helpful. The neighbourhood is safe and the neighbours are also super helpful. There are community events that I enjoy quite a bit

I put in a work order to repair my bathroom ceiling and have had no response. It’s not the first time. The older not renovated apartments are falling apart.

The community is safe, renovated apartments are really nice. Jimira at the leasing office is really nice, very accommodating and gets back to every email you send ASAP and tends to your needs.

Overall, a convenient location and very nice place to live. Property is well-maintained. I am only a few miles from family members & Target, Publix & restaurants are very close. My only complain is: Maintenance is very slow to fulfill requests

I like living here but it would be better to have a fixed parking spot near our apartment. Also, the internet service is inferior at 50$ and we are bound to pay that price even if we do not use that.

Living in Briarhill is truly a great experience. The leasing office does a lot of events and they're always a hit. Been here almost a year now (in May). I still really like it. They are making improvements on the property. There's been a few hiccups, but most things seem to be improving. The area is fantastic. Hoping I can renew my lease soon!

We like living here.The community is clean. Only problem is that there is no fixed parking spot and thats why we mostly do not get spot near our apartment and have to park far from our apartment.

I've been living here for about 5 years now and have notice some good changes. It's very convenient to all my needs like Groceries, shopping, restaurants, and coffee shops. The complex was recently renovated and has an updated fitness center and business office. The complex also does small events for its residents. My only complaint is the small kitchen little to no space as well as upgrades that needs to be made. Lastly the mandatory charge for their internet which I do not use.

been living here for several months now, and while not, everything is perfect, the leasing office has Done a good job of Continuing to try to update amenities and help us out. I have not had to submit any maintenance requests, and I haven’t had any problems with services like trash. Though there were some problems with the Internet, the leasing office has been working to offer better ervice .

5 stars easily. Jamira welcomed me through the application process graciously and patiently. A delight to get to know; she set a strong impression to me on the management company. I met the other two office staff later on who were equally warm and accommodating. For me, that is half the equation in choosing a place that has friendly, attentive staff. My apartment was immaculate at move-in. A huge thank you to whoever prepared and cleaned it. I assume the maintenance team! The walls and fixtures were pristine if not all new. The brands are solid, and all the details add a hint of style or character, which could easily be left out as I’ve seen at other complexes. The layout is very open and spacious-the closets, kitchen, patio, entrance area…. I’ve viewed and lived at many places, and this place stands out for their attention-to-detail and quality with a really fair price to match. I’m so grateful to find this place. Let’s remind owners to pick up after their dogs at the dog park:)

Time here has been bitter sweet, there were a lot of ups, like how it’s relatively pest free, so for the most part there weren’t roaches, the staff at least most of them are nice, the community is great, super accessible to a lot of other places and close to the bus, which was a huge plus for me, but it also had cons like how the maintenance take forever to get to a problem and the stricter parking rules they just put up. But it’s a great place to live Imo

So far the community is good and clean but the management is very slow in taking care of the problems. Our bathroom power outlets are not working since we move in and its been a month still they did not repair it. Also the internet is very slow and with 50$ per month this type of internet connection is very frustrating.

I would say that the apartment unit we got is very good and the community and neighborhood is very quiet. The amenities in our unit work fine and we have not faced issues with the refrigerator, microwave, and washer dryer. The staff and front office manager are co-operative. The reason I am giving a 4/5 rating is that our move-in maintenance requests have not been resolved which I understand is a staffing issue that I hope will be addressed soon. All in all, our experience has been positive at Briarhill apartment.

Nice community. Taking great strides in making improvements. New fitness center coming and should be here soon. Grounds have improved. I enjoy staying at Briarhill. My only problem is the drastic increase of roaches, ants and fruit flies, yet to see how management is going to tackle this.
It's pretty cool here way better than where I was staying prior I definitely love how the apartment layout is and it's a pretty reasonable price considering the current housing market

This apartment has very clean rooms and an excellent location, enough close to Lidi and dollar trees and chick fil a to walk, and you can get almost everything by car within five minutes!

I’ve only been here a couple of months but so far so good! It’s pretty quiet. Management is nice and responds in a timely manner. Maintenance has been great as well. It’s also located in a great area. It’s near a lot of great stores, restaurants and grocery stores.

Overall good but have had issues with neighbors smoking weed consistently, and water coming in the floor from outside. Management is quick to call me back and address issues which I appreciate.
