I have been at Briargate since August 2018 and Nicole and Andi has been nothing but great!! Ever time I need something it was done. The neighborhood is very Quiet and no one Bothers me!!! The management team is amazing! Andi & Nicole in the front office do everything that they possibly can to be sure that you're a happy tenant. Anytime something is wrong they are quick to have their maintenance team jump on it. I'd recommend these apartments 10/10.
Brairgate is great place to live. Nice and quiet gated community in good location to all of Columbia. The management is awesome.
I moved here 8 years ago, And living in a new neighborhood, you have tons of questions, Is it safe, Is the price reasonable, Is it quiet, Friendly, Convient , Clean, And near a school zone if you have children, Well the answer to all your questions would be yes, The neighborhood is peaceful, Your conviently located around everything Drug stores, Malls Resteraunts , Post office, Grocery store and more, Living at Briar- Gate is a comfort Zone, Your surrounded with all the comforts of home, And Dont forget your pets, Cause there family to, Great area for everyone
My name is Darlene Coleman and I'm a tenant who has lived in this beautiful and quiet community for 8 years,Briar gate has everything you could ever imagine, They offer 1,2 and 3 bedrooms, A work out gym, a tennis court and every building has it very own washroom, but if you prefer we also have washer and dryer hook ups inside the apartment, And a play ground for the kids, And if your in the mood for a swim, We've got 2 pools, So come on by and enjoy the wonderful sights, In the briar gate Apartments, Where community is family
If you looking to rent at Briarsgate, I would really consider some long consideration. They are separately owned condos and some are good and others are questionable, dependent on location It's a gated community, but most the time the gate is broke. Get used to things being broke or down.
I have a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condo at Briargate Condminiums for $600. I've lived here for over a year now and I really love that it is a gated community and I don't have to go weeks without getting any maintenance issue resolved. The landlord for my units understands whenever I have unexpected situations come up and is always willing to work with me. I love the fact that they always try to bring the community together with different events/ activities. Briargate is quiet and comfortable. I would definitely recommend them to others looking for a nice place to stay.
