I have lived here for 2 times and it is a good place all close to the office attention excellent very quiet
The negative people I don't understand. Sure they are old I am 59 and rode my bike threw here to high school. when you move in you know that. But it is not right to say bad things out of spite. I hope everyone find what they are looking for because I have. I enjoy living here. love the people who work here that try very hard to makes things right.3 girls in the office are sweet and very helpful the ladies in the office are smart work very hard all office people work hard maintenance guys and gals are good people and work hard. I just want to say it is all in what you make it and for me it is great.

I lived here for a year & was dyyying for my lease to be up. This place was so old and ridden with problems. The water in the kitchen stunk and there was constantly black mold in the toilets and the shower. It's poorly maintained & needs to be torn down.
It's so awesome that my neighbors blast music EVERY SINGLE DAY both inside and out, but they never get in trouble anymore than someone coming and asking them to turn it down. It's happening right now. Again. Complained probably 20 times since I've been here, yet it continues. Maybe penalizing someone like you do dog owners would help the noise issues. Just a thought. My last place has rules to be followed about noise. More than 4 complaints and you get evicted. I know the staff has been out here to tell them to turn it down more than four times.
I don't know how well insulated the original buildings are (the north side, near the entrance) but the ones which appear to have been built later have the absolute worst sound-proofing construction known to man. It should NOT be easier to hear people chatting outside or kids playing videogames downstairs in the apartment below me, than it is to converse to my spouse in the next room over.. It would otherwise be an okay place to live except that they don't do background checks (as confirmed by an ex-con neighbor) and despite the fact that my rent has nearly doubled in the 4 years I've lived here, all i see moving in are thugs and trailer trash.
Its three days till CHRISTMAS in 20 17 I wanted to say that i am greatful for having a roof over my head and having people that work here be so kind and helpful sure they run into problems but I would just like to say thank you everyone that works here for the job they do inside they office and the men and women that keep this place looking so good Thank you
Worst place to move. Just moved in on july and cant wait to leave. They have insect problems with ants and the staff very wishy washy they tell you one thing then do another

Office staff are courteous & helpful. Maintainence staff are courteous but extremely slow to respond to remedy issues. No matter what time of year, timely resolutions never occur. Office says they either MAY be or they ARE behind in tickets.
