Ive been here 4 yrs an i just love it. management is great an they make sure if any thing comes up their maintence ,is very good they fix any problems that day ,the area is kept clean,they truly care about all the people an families the pool is about to open an they keep it open till 10/24 .i say do yourself a favor check it out before you miss a great place to live..........
Me and my fiance live here and we have had great quick service when it comes to maintenance whenever we need something done it gets taking care of quick fast and in a hurry its great to not have to sit and wait days hours or weeks whenever something needs to be fixed I appreciate the time they take to make sure everything is well taken care of
I’ve been living on this property for almost a year. The staff is great and maintenance calls are dealt with immediately. It’s a quiet area which is great because I have children. I would recommend to other people.
I've been living here for about 5 yrs. And there has been a lot of management turn over, but I'm starting to see such a great improvement within this Community under this new manager! Property is being update to keep up with the new market and I'm loving it! Overall I've not had any major issues living here! Waiting to see what the future holds! Convenient to everything in the CSRA!
They won't fix anything and lie about everything. They have a revolving door of managers, so when you call them on their lies, they blame it on the last person. There is mold, flooding, stains, and a myriad of other problems they won't fix. I cannot say enough about this place, but avoid at all costs!
I love it here. I'm so convenient to shopping plazas and minutes from downtown augusta. Management is awesome. They resolve my issues quickly. The only downfalls are the pool in my opinion is not cleaned often enough, the laundry room machines are iffy, and there is no plug in the bathroom of my apartment.
