Nirvana Breckenridge

I’ve been stay here for 5 years now the first two was amazing after Ms. Temple past everything went downhill tremendously trash everywhere they don’t like fixing anything I had a hole in my ceiling for 4 month I had to call code enforcement they don’t never answer the phone and never be in the office

It started off very well in the first 2 years there & afterwards the unit started falling apart. The entire living room would flood everytime it rained which created mold they refused to fix. The entire S unit has mold & water damage from rain

Nice space apartment. Affordable. Near the city and airport. Complete request quickly. And friendly. Quite area

The community is beautiful & the units are spacious.

Overall my experience is Good! Im just under the weather lately and been laid off of my job and getting depressed of my situation and sometimes I forget some of the things that Ive discussed with management. But Im satisfied!

A nice, clean, quiet place to stay. Ms. Temple is the absolute best and she makes you feel like you are home.

I've been living here going on 3 years. The staff is great. I never had any major issues with my apartment. When you do request maintenance it's a pretty faster response. Regardless of where you live especially in a apartment complex there will be that one neighbor who will get on your nerves. I did have one for over a year. But that person was there before me. I blocked put all that loud banging. One call to cops and problem solved. It's no one in the office fault of why a neighbor wants to makes noise all times of the day. Sometimes you can resolve yourself. I have a great neighbor next to me who we both look at for one another. If I'm not home an I get a package they always sign for it and text me to let me know.it's a nice community most look at for each other. I love my apartment as well. If you pay your rent on time or at all you won't have rental issues. That will be your fault the the office. It's hard to get into these apartments because it's a nice place to live. If there is an available spot it's because someone couldn't pay they rent or someone bought a home. Thank you. Current tenant LJ

When I first moved in to my apartment I loved it the management was great and the staff where like my friends. But when new management came it's like they let any body move in I have neighbors now that blast music when they fill like it people let there dogs loose with out consideration of others and more breaks in than usual. My lease is up next months and I'm so anxious to move to a better environment.
