I love the place it’s a laid back and quiet atmosphere and the place is clean. The management staff is on point with the resident always first. And the maintenance personnel is great as well Michael and Johnathan are always there to help anytime you have an issue. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for nice clean living at an affordable price.
The design and space for everything you need is here, the property management team provides good service and is attentive to what happens on the property, it has been a welcoming place.

Hubby and I moved into our unit in January 2024 - It was a Godsend. So much so, we have re-newed our lease. The ENTIRE staff is phenomenal. They truly care for the property and it's residents. I appreciate the fact that they are customer service oriented, efficient and professional. The modern floorplan here is perfect for the digital-nomad, stylish-minimalist or empty-nester. You're provided a top-quality full-size refrigerator, microwave and a full-size bathroom that's accompanied with marble-like tile, a porcelain-like tub (NOT PLASTIC) and commode. Along, with a built in hanging clothes rack w/storage. Breakwater is nicely-nestled in beautiful nature and away from the hustle and bustle. Moved in and within a few months all the furniture bed and all was molded and I'm not talking about just a little mold but to the fact it made dust when it was moved. Everything had to be thrown away clothes and all. Do not rent from this place because they will try to make it be your problem and not theres
