Living at Brainerd Place has been an exceptional experience—the apartments are spacious, bright, and far more inviting than photos can show. The location strikes the perfect balance between peaceful living and convenient access to nearby shops, restaurants, and scenic river walks. The management team is responsive and genuinely cares about residents’ comfort. Huge shout out to liz as well, She is absolutely the face of what I call a management that cares! I am so glad I chose to call this hidden gem home!

I am a new resident of Brainerd Place and I couldn’t be more pleased in my choice to live here. The staff are all so kind, especially Liz who goes above and beyond in all she does. My apartment is beautiful and the entire property is so nice. Great views and sunsets, so many restaurants and places to walk to. The parking garage and elevator are a wonderful plus with additional amenities still to come.
