I’ve seen every new apartment in CT. I made the decision to move to this complex. I worried when I saw the reviews. I read them but saw comments about amenities and future plans. Phew!! The place is awesome. Liz, the property manager was kind and patient with all my questions. She made it easy! I know it’s an average but the stars should be *****

I chose this new apartment complex over anything even in Glastonbury, CT (where I've lived forever) because of it's quality build, modern interiors, and really nice people/community already. Plus the view of the sunset over Middletown every night is such a perk I didn't expect. This area is definitely going to get even better with the second building, amenities (pool/new gym), and the shops/businesses we're hearing about coming in to the town. If you're a fan of Starbucks, you can walk there in less than 3 mins too. Perfect for fam/friend visitors and a short drive to Middletown for eating at great restaurants.

A very nice apartment complex nestled in this nice historical location, sits Brainerd Place. Well managed by Liz Coleman, who runs a tight ship. If you are looking for a small studio, 1 or 2 bedroom unit, this is the place. Pet friendly, nice neighbors, several amenities and plenty of off street parking. Make Brainerd Place your next home. You won't regret. We love it here.

Living at Brainerd Place has been an exceptional experience—the apartments are spacious, bright, and far more inviting than photos can show. My apartment is beautiful and the entire property is so nice. Great views and sunsets, so many restaurants and places to walk to.
