The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Bradley Park
Super noisy. You can hear absolutely everything through the walls, floors, and in the hallways. Super loud parties at the pool area as well. They moved a family of 6 across the hall from my 2br and their children loved to scream in the stairwell because it echoed. I'm an essential worker so it didn't work well when I was trying to get some sleep. Also, the maintenance guys seemed to have a lot of time on their hands. A neighbor of mine posted that she would lock her doors and come home after work to find them unlocked. I had a similar experience to hers in that I had items go missing in my apt only to find them in the exact same place where I had already looked repeatedly. On another occasion , I found a ring of maintenance keys hanging out of my downstairs neighbor's lock.. I had the decency to take them out, put them under the doormat, and call the office to let them know. And then one Sunday morning, at about 9am, I awoke to find one of the maintenance guys standing in my bedroom doorway. He made no attempt to wake me, he just let himself in. Apparently there was a plumbing emergency that had originated from my apt but it wasn't necessary to announce his presence. And last, the water quality is a MASSIVE issue in these apts. I always filter the water that I drink. The water filter would get black and molded after just a few days of filtering the water in this complex and I was constantly sanitizing and cleaning. Finally, while I still had a week left on my lease, I was moving out when a truck full of carpet guys showed up and interrupted the move by getting to work pulling the carpet out of my unit. I called the office to get them to stop so I could finish moving out. Subsequent to that, the office charged me to replace all of the carpet in the unit because of "staining throughout" due to my 2 cats. UNTRUE. I told them they had no proof because the carpet was gone and their response was, well it wasn't ACTUALLY the staining, it was ACTUALLY the smell that had permeated the carpet and padding and it would have been impossible to clean. If you plan on moving here it's up to you, but there are better places to be.
The only thing this place has going for them is the gate! That’s it! Luxury living cost without all that luxury! End of story!
I'm not sure what all the fuss is about, but I'm completely obsessed with my new apartment. I moved into Bradley Park about a month ago. I moved into a 3br 2 bath with my 2 daughters and so far I have no complaints. Not only is my apartment huge with plenty of space for 3 ladies and a Yorkie to live comfortably without wanting to kill each other, we also love the complex in general. The complex is super quiet, peaceful, and CLEAN ! There are sanitary stations every couple of feet with doggie bags which makes it easy for me when taking the dog out. I love the valet trash, super simple. Just put you're trash outside you door in the provided can in the evening and by time you wake up in the morning you trash is gone. I had a maintenance request when I first moved in because I wanted my water in my apartment to be hotter. I put in the maintenance request using the super easy resident portal on a Sunday night. On Monday morning the maintenance man called my cell phone to confirm that it was okay that he can enter my apartment and by time I got home from work my shower water was boiling exactly how I requested. It just took a couple seconds and a few clicks to have my problem resolved. The office staff is super welcoming. Kelly, the property manager, made this move extremely easy for me and has a super quick response time whenever I email her which is greatly appreciated. Kaitlyn is always super sweet and quick when I get packages delivered to the office. She sends me an email when its delivered and when I stop by the office she already knows to go ahead and gab my package. I love it. They also host really cute activities in the leasing office for the residents. For Thanksgiving they had a "Friendsgiving" event and now for December they are providing gift wrapping supplies for last minute Christmas gifts. SO CUTE! So far I'm stoked. And couldn't be happier about my decision to move here.

We moved in in the beginning of November and so far, it’s been great. We love the amenities and our apartment. The park is very nice and my two year old loves it! It’s nicer than a lot of city parks. The gym is 24/7 and modern and we can’t wait till it’s warm enough to enjoy the beautiful pool area. We love walking though the trails and my son loves to throw rocks and leaves into the creek. The wooded area is a nice touch of nature in the complex. Our apartment was sparkly clean and very nice upon moving in. The ladies in the office are super friendly and are very helpful. Our move in process and application process was actually pretty fast. We had a few hiccups on our end with the application process and the ladies were patient enough to help us figure it out. I love that they do community events for the tenants to mingle and get to know each other! It shows that they care and try. the events are fun as well. The maintenance man is very friendly and always super helpful! And I heard they are in the process of hiring more maintenance to help as well. I have seen a few complaints on forums from tenants that have been here since previous management and I don’t know how it used to be, but the management now seems very helpful, thoughtful, and on top of any problems that tenants have. Moving here has made moving from a different state a more comfortable experience. Would recommend!

Thank you so much for your review! We're so glad to hear that you're enjoying your living experience with us. We promise to continue to work hard to provide excellent service and hope to earn your residency year after year.
Since I have been in this complex, July/August 2018, there have been three different managements overseeing this complex. The walking trail wasn’t completed until October/November of this year (so upgrades and features they sold to us were not completed in a timely manner), the business center is not 24/7, but the gym is and there is only one maintenance person on staff for all the units currently. Many of my neighbors and myself have had bad experiences with the current management. The management team has had to clean up a lot of issues from the previous management teams, that is true, but they are horrible to interact with and when you have an issue, they are not great with actions or responses; they will tell you off if they don’t deem it an issue. I get that you may have to deal with difficult people, but telling off the people who lease your apartments is not good customer service. Also, if you live in the wooded area where your apartment faces the woods of the walking trails areas, there is no landscaping and it does not seem that there will ever be any landscaping. Be ready to clean leaves and pine straw off your patio all the time, if you live on the bottom floors! The price you pay to live here does not equate the customer service and amenities/services you receive.

I am a current resident, one of the first to move in. The only thing luxury is the price of rent! If you like dog poop all over the grounds this place is for you! If you like poor service this place is for you! If you want to pay more for less, I swear this is your new home!

Terrible situation I’m in! They have changed the rules and now we have trash cans outside our doors!!! They are ugly and only crowds the walkways more! Very discouraging when I moved in it was quiet and new! Now with this new rental company coming in, they are ruining this beautiful Roberts Property!
