Welcome to Rock Hill, South Carolina's fifth-largest city, located 25 miles south of Charlotte. Downtown features a historic district with twelve preserved buildings from 1840, now home to local shops and restaurants. The Catawba River's Riverwalk offers paths for walking and cycling, plus access points for kayaking. Winthrop University's campus brings educational opportunities and cultural events to the community. Current rental trends show average prices ranging from $1,080 for studios to $1,691 for three-bedroom units, with most options showing slight increases over the past year.
Rock Hill holds the distinction of producing more NFL players per capita than any other U.S. city, earning its nickname "Football City USA." The annual Come-See-Me Festival celebrates local culture each spring with art displays, food vendors, and community events. Neighborhoods like Newport and Ebenezer each offer their own character, with housing options ranging from apartments to historic homes.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Bradford Park
Pretty apartments with nice amenities. My only wish is that we had hardwood floors everywhere. I'd pay an extra $50 for them because it's way nicer and easier to keep clean.
Property Manager at Bradford Park, Responded To This Review
Hi there, thank you for taking the time to leave a review for us at Bradford Park. We're happy we could meet your expectations! We have a few new and exciting upgrades we are offering. Please stop by the office for more info about our wood floor options!
I've lived here in Bradford Park for over three years now. In that time I had had to submit several maintenance requests, ranging from issues with the refrigerator, stove, A/C. Overall the maintenance team is quick to respond and usually fixes the problem, but I have had to make at least 6 calls in the past few months to fix the A/C which kept braking due to various reasons. The office staff is very pleasant and helpful. The neighborhood is decent, though lately more and more rude/toxic people seem to be moving in. There have been some issues with people double-parking or taking up more space than they need. Some neighbors are loud and inconsiderate, and many parents seem to let their kids run around without watching them. At several points when coming home from my night-shift job I had to watch for kids running around in the parking lot at 11PM at night! The buildings are decent and the units are cozy, but we have had a serious problem with roaches that seems to keep cropping up. We live in a clean/tidy apartment but every now and then I will still find roaches sneaking around. We have had the complex send out their exterminators on 3 occasions over the past 3 years, and also take severe measures to combat the problem ourselves, but they still rise back up every so often, so it seems to affecting the entire complex. Otherwise, it's a nice place to live. The pool is very comfortable and has a great view. The complex encourages and hosts community events frequently, and rent is affordable for the area and the amount of space you get. Overall I'd recommend living here if you can deal with the few problems I've experienced in 3 years being here, or want a more affordable unit than many other complexes in the area.
