North Avenue Area.
If you have a large or multiple dogs it may be your only option for the east side. It's hard to find professionally managed buildings that allow dogs over 30lb's. The reason they do is because it's falling apart already, hall carpets are old, dirty and smell like mold. The apartment itself is small and not professionally cleaned when you move in. The garage is a joke and the spots are cramped promoting damage from the many support polls and the other cars. The area is great, especially for college students who don't mind being woken up at 2 am when other college students are walking home from the bars. (Keep your windows closed) The complex itself is not strictly college students its a very diverse group. and all seem very nice
