So far it's been a pleasant experience and I am enjoying living here lots of activities to do. Very clean and very nice residents here. And the staff is awesome
I've had a great experience living here! Rent is a bit pricey and they do inspections and things of that sort more frequently than I'd like but I don't really mind. No noise problems and events are hosted often.
Great place to live so far as long as you don’t mind the animal patches in the grass. Quiet place with stuff to do and great nature to explore.
This complex is quite attractive. Office staff are generally helpful. Owner of the complex is all over the place. Our apartments have been entered 4 times in the last 4.5 months. All things examined need to be BUT it could have all been done in ONE visit. Smoke alarms checked, fire places checked, all fixtures and appliances checked, and this last time I haven’t a clue what was being checked but, again, entrance was required! I still have a dish washer whose insides keep falling out. A washing machine with wires duct tape covering them - just waiting for it to fall off and electrocute me,doors to said washer and dryer sticking AND windows I can’t open Other than that - nice place to luve
Staff is generally responsive. No major complaints. One of the few complexes worth the high prices being charged in this area. If the price stays low I could live here for years.

This complex is the quietest apartment complex I have lived at. I really appreciate how helpful and on top of things the office staff are. I love all of the amenities we have and overall the quality of life I have living here.

Would leave 0 stars if possible. Poor communication from leasing office, two weeks wait for maintenance issues, etc. Has been a steady decline in all areas since this property was taken over by Avenue5.

Staff is all super friendly and the area is beautiful! The complex is quiet and there are tons of amenities. The dog grooming area, dog park and community garden are major highlights! Excited to use the pool and grill this summer!

While the setting is gorgeous and peaceful, I’m extremely disappointed in Brackett’s lack of accountability when it comes to completing structural repairs. We were very excited to have a fireplace for the winter, especially since we were not able to travel to see family for the holidays. However, despite having a move-in of May 20th, Brackett waited until October to have the fireplace structure checked. A month later we were finally notified of the results: our unit was broken and in need of repair. It is now nearly April, and we are still without the use of our fireplace with $250 worth of firewood rotting on our patio. We have had repeated exchanges with management, requesting compensation, to no avail. By far one of these shadiest landlord situations I’ve encountered and I will definitely not be renewing the lease nor recommending this place to others.

This apartment complex is well maintained and offers more than most. While most residents keep to themselves there is a lot of effort made by the staff to foster a community here. I appreciate the effort made through communication, community events, and other opportunities.

Neighborhood is safe and close to grocery stores and Costco. The amenities are alright my kids love the pool when it’s in season. The apartment complex is ok, it’s not the nicest. It’s affordable in Edmonds. It’s close to the Edmonds/Kingston ferry.

It would be nice to have a fireplace in this unit especially during freezing and snowy weather or at least give a price break for a smaller unit without a fireplace. Your permission to use the wide opened space off of my patio for a lovely garden would be delightful. My dishwasher was kicked in during the recent walk through in December, as I noted in writing that it did not properly fit into the space. The kick made an unsightly dent in the door of the dishwasher and it now leaks a small amount of water on the floor below the dent. The third deck has no covering or insulation to stop rain water from pouring completely through to the bottom patio. It would be nice to be able to sit under the deck in all types of weather without getting soaked with water.

A great place to live. It has its ups and downs but for the most part it is a fantastic place to either find community or be left alone, you get to choose. Neighbors aren’t to loud, staff is respectful and responsive, and the apartments are nice.

Bracket has been great so far! I’ve only been in unit for a few weeks but the neighborhood is quiet, maintenance/office extremely responsive and helpful, and the apt is cozy.

It is a very nice, pretty place, but sound travels very far and it doesn't feel very private. Parking is quite frustrating - if you have to leave for any reason, do not expect to get your spot back.

Brackett community is a good place to live in. The amenities are well maintained and I enjoyed most of it. But, I feel it's getting a bit pricy these times.

Not enough parking lot for the resident. If you come past 8pm , you may end up spending more than 1h looking for an empty parking spot. Also the gym should be at least 24/7 access

Overall one of the better places I’ve lived in while in the Seattle area. The space is a bit small and it’s obvious they use cheap materials for carpets, cabinets and bathtubs, and that they rely on paint to cover up any manner of sins. But it’s relatively quiet and private, the trees make an incredible “backyard” and the closeness to amenities like groceries and the Edmonds marina make it worth it.

Pleasant neighbors, staff is helpful and friendly. Nice amenities. Sometimes, an surprised by something not working in apartment but staff is relatively fast to respond.

I've only lived in the apartments a few weeks but I've been nothing but impressed. I love the maintenance men that I've encountered and especially the office employees. VERY happy with every experience so far.

Complex is nice, apartment was spotless upon move in and the kids and I enjoy the amenities. The fresh coat and paint in the parking lot are very nice.

The recent parking lot construction has been a mess ?? The unit I’m in is great but some of the amenities we’ve been equipped with has not been the best leading to us needing a lot of repairs. However, the staff here is responsive, professional and kind.

Parking is awful, even though we pay for our spot. Gets taken more often than it should and the office doesn’t do anything. Really don’t want to tow someone else because Brackett can’t get the parking under control.

Resurfacing notification map unreadable. No workable plans for resident parking it consideration for disabled residents. Residents are furious. I did not receive notice of parking in neighborhood area accessed through fire road which is not a street but private & owner hostile to its use.

The complex is great and the staff is friendly. The work done in our unit seems slapped together though and not like it was done with care which is surprising since it took a month to complete. A little bit of a clunky start but I think that’s just something that’ll be ironed out over time

Overall experience is pretty good, nice work out and pool facilities.. It is also convenient having washer and dryer in the units. the only thing I can think of that is pretty annoying is some people car mufflers are really loud and it would be nice if there were some restrictive regulations on that..

My experience at Brackett has been extremely positive. The amenities are up to date and cleaned regularly. Having a dog has been very easy also.

Brackett is a great apartment complex, the move in process was a little hectic, but it was faulted on both sides. The complex is nice, definitely feel like it used to be two different apartment complexes, but then just merged into one big complex. The pool and hot tub are nice, wish the gym was a little bit bigger. The staff is nice and responsive to any issues, for the most part. Recommend Brackett.

I am coming on here to write this while actively living here because I am so confused and frustrated on what else we can do at this point. There is a major mold issue in our ceiling. We have had it checked out and verified its mold because our apartment complex’s maintenance man is rude and demeaning and was trying to convince us it was not mold so that they don’t have to deal with it. Currently they are supposed to be in our crawlspace checking it out but instead there are three of the maintenance workers in the trash area loudly talking and using foul language at their workplace. If you want to live somewhere that is safe and will keep you healthy DON’T move here. There is also a huge issue with homeless people on the property and property management does nothing to address this. If you’re looking for a grimy, moldy, overpriced apartment this is the place for you.

If you have a (pre-approved breed) dog, then this place is well equipped to take care of them. The grass is green and free of dog waste as there are several stations with bags and cans to dispose.
