Honestly It’s been nothing but amazing great management Adam is the best , and I love my apartment everything is brand new and very peaceful around here , I definitely recommend Boulevard West !
I met a young man by the name of Adam. He was such a joy to work with. Very professional, understanding and kind. I have visited multiple properties and this property has the best customer service. When Adam walked me around and showed me a unit I saw how beautiful the property and units was. I will definitely be moving forward with my application.
Great new managers Adam and the other managers and maintenance guys are great compared to the last owners. They are always helpful and give great service. I love my apartment
This apartment complex is amazing and Adam who is the landlord is amazing and he makes sure that whatever you need he gets it done but overall I love this apartment complex everything is wonderful here

This complex changed ownership and management this year. They are working hard to update the units and take better care of the property. The maintenance crew is actually helpful, and the property managers are always helpful. So glad it finally got a new company to manage it.
