Moving from a property that was student housing to this was a game changer. The residents are very responsible and friendly! There is a small dog park in the property that is perfect for the dogs! Overall love how close to downtown we are with still feeling like we are in a small neighborhood! Also staff is very friendly!

Hands down the best place I've rented from. You can tell management truly cares about your experience. Blake from the front office is very helpful. Maintenance is friendly and responsive. And its location is ideal between campus and the southside of town. Its truly a great place to live

These are great apartments in a great area. They are a bit older and that brings some issues, but the maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond to such issues. I have loved my time here and will always recommend it to others.

The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The workout rooms are open 24//7 are rarely crowded and the pool area is lovely. I live alone here and could not feel safer anywhere else....a beautiful neighborhood.

Most professional property in Como that I lived under. Great location and affordable rent. Easy to use online-portal makes paying rent very easy. Staff has always been very friendly and responsive. Would definitely recommend !

I love living here! I moved in recently and the view is amazing, the quality of the apartment is even better. This complex has such a great community feel to it and the peace and quiet is exactly what I needed. Management is amazing and puts me first no matter what and I know I can call on them for whatever I need! The garage option is also awesome and super reasonable with a lot of space. Highly recommend living here if you enjoy a ton of space and some peace and quiet.

This apartment community does not have strong sound structure. It is not very sound proof. Also, good luck if you get an apt that resides over two or more garages, you will never get any sleep, peace and quite, as the floor rumbles like an Earth Quake every time one opens and or closes. There is a new leasing manager, so, this should be one's first clue. Continuing, they do not provide full disclosure, communicating this matter. It can be a serious deal breaker, please be advise and good luck. The pool is not meant for swimming, it is way too small and way too shallow. They have a security lock for residence only, which is great, however, while typing this review up, children and adults come to the lock door and bang on it, if you did not know it, you would think somebody was trying to break in. LOL. For the price, I recommend going somewhere else.

We have lived here for almost 2 years and love it! The staff is so friendly and the maintenance staff is prompt and genuinely cares about your living situation here. Very low key and quiet environment and is a nice change for us grad students or working professionals in the area since it is a huge college town. My fiancé and I live here with our 10 month old baby girl and we are very happy with how safe and quiet the community is. Only con is you can tell the construction workers moved pretty fast to finish these up as the pain job isn't very even on the moldings and the corners are not exactly 90 degrees. All in all we love it here and are so sad to be moving away this summer! We wish we could pick this place up and bring it with us.

My husband and I have lived at BS since June and it truly has been a dream! The apartment is wonderful and spacious and the staff is fantastic! They are so welcoming, kind, and really get to know you as a person. The maintenance is fantastic and they are very quick to respond to emergent issues and get the small problems taken care of quickly! The complex is filed with young professionals and families and it really caters to a more relaxed lifestyle in the college town! We are so happy we chose to rent with BS and will continue to be renters for years to come!
