Upkeep of Building I have lived here for 1.5 years and the front door has not been secure for most of that time. The hallway smells foul many days. The selection of tenants is questionable No one is ever in the office. I would like to have a safe, clean and response place to reside.

The tour went great I toured Boston Lofts, the lady that gave us the tour was great! She was very helpful in providing us with the correct information. She also showed us some other apartment buildings that were owned by the same company.

Disappointed Tenant Sitting in apartment and disappointed that I cannot enjoy the warm evening breeze because I cannot open any of my windows. And I am still bummed about being locked out of my apartment from Saturday to Monday evening! Missed a graduation, ruined, Mothers Day, had to rearrange work schedule.

Dryer & Mailbox Dryer still not hooked up. Mailbox door is constantly open due to lock being broken.
