There is also a new home building supply store, Peavey Mart. Also close to the Trans Canada Highway, Bonnie Lee Apartments is a short car ride to other areas of the city including big box stores in the Sahali and Aberdeen areas and about a 10-minute drive to Thompson Rivers University. The building is also along the City transit route and both elementary and secondary schools are within close proximity to the building.
