Loud neighbors, very unsafe, property vandalism more than 3 times not just me 33 cars in the apts, maintenance doesn’t fix anything correctly.

Decent place. You get what you paid for except for maintenance. If anything breaks, bite the bullet and fix it yourself or whatever with weeks to get a fix.
The office staff is absolutely awesome. They're helpful friendly and professional.

A beautiful complex well worth the price, quiet if you like lower noise levels while youre at home and the maintenance team men are incredibly friendly. The landlord is a blessing to me personally, but Im sure she would care for every one of her residents the same.

I have lived here for years and I have no problems except the man didn't know how to fix my outlets.He said he would send someone who could fix them but no one came.Its been over a month,,maybe longer.

Quite community and clean. Lived here for 5 years. Great management on top of problems that arise.over all nice communitie.
When I applied, I got very lucky because there was already a unit available so I was moved in the following week which was a great start! I have been living here for a year and when there was ever a problem (which has only been 2), maintenance was very quick and efficient! I have never seen any type of bugs or have any type of problems that wasn't an easy fix! The renovations are amazing which is what took me in. The only reason I am moving is because I am looking for somewhere long term in a townhouse so if you don't mind living in a flat, this is the perfect place for you!

I have enjoyed living at Bolton Estates so much that for the very first time in my life, I renewed my lease. The apartments are nice with efficient floor plans and now with the new updates, they are even better. Parking has never been an issue for me or any guests I may have. The office staff is very friendly and they are eager to assist you with any needs or issues you may have. I've also had a great experience with the maintenance staff. All of the maintenance problems/requests I have had (which aren't many!) have been taken care of immediately. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex.
Nice apartment complex with a very helpful office staff. If you need an extension on your rent they will be glad to help you. Nice pool, spacious 1 and 2 bedroom floor plans. If you have any problems with neighbors they will investigate the problem swiftly as well as if you have any maintenance needs.
