Love living here. Excellent management staff, great location, wonderful amenities and prompt and efficient maintenance staff

Overall, I love love living here! The location couldn't be any more perfect. I can walk everywhere and almost dont even need a car. Also the boca circuit is a HUGE plus.

Boca City walk is an amazing place to live. I love the energy here. I highly recommend it for those looking to surround themselves with beautiful people.

Everything that is marketed in the sales brochures is opposite of reality. I would not rent here until management is changed and all safety and security issues addressed.

I’ve been really enjoying living here. The layout of the apartment is well thought out and comfortable. There are no unpleasant smells or pests, which is a huge plus. I love the large windows in the living room and the beautiful views they offer. The kitchen island is perfect for cooking, and the countertop feels solid and high-quality. The smart ventilation system works great, and I really appreciate that there’s no carpet — it makes everything feel cleaner and more modern. Overall, it’s a great place to live.

I have been extremely pleased with my experience at Boca City Walk. Great location, close to grocery stores, restaurants, beach. Love my apartment and views. Staff is extremely friendly and responsive! Tenants are super friendly as well. Beautiful pool and great gym!

Besides some minor issues, the community is safe and pleasant and welcoming.

Boca City walk is a beautiful community. The office staff and maintenance staff do their best to address any concerns. The set up of the building makes me feel safe.

We fell in love with Boca City Walk off the bat. Love that the apartment is modern and up to date. The 12 foot ceilings on the 1st and 7th floor are such a nice touch to the apartment. Boca city walk is always hosting events for the residents and encourages everyone to come.

I moved in a month ago, and everything is great. The facilities are great, the apartment is beautiful, the people who work here are friendly. I’m enjoying living here!

My daughter Lived here for a year miserably she spent more time at my house then she did at her own because walls were paperthin. The noise was so bad above her. She got no sleep.. She complained several times to management. They did nothing except offer her another apt but with an extended lease! Why extended??? Upon her moving in, we had to go over there in deep clean the whole apartment because it was filthy! Now they’re not giving her deposit back because they said it needs cleaning and it’s cleaner now than it was when she moved in! She couldn’t open the sliding glass door to the balcony the whole time she lived there and said they couldn’t fix it. They have horrible management and if you’re looking for a quiet apartment, don’t go there!

The place is under managed, smells, carpet is full of stains, pet owners are not held accountable for their pets. Worst place to live

We have absolutely loved living in our one-bedroom apartment for the past four years. The space has been perfect for us, and we've made so many wonderful memories here. The management team has always been responsive and helpful, making our experience even better. Now, as our family has grown with the addition of our son, we're excited to move into a two-bedroom apartment just down the hall. The transition is smooth, and we're thrilled to continue enjoying the fantastic amenities and community here. This place has truly felt like home

My husband and I have lived at BCW for almost a year now, and although it’s not perfect (no place is), it’s been the place we call home and have made many cherished memories at. It’s a great place for young couples like us, looking to be near the downtown Boca area but away enough to not be bothered by all the noise from it. Location would have to be my favorite thing about this building, as we have a Trader Joe’s just steps away and a Publix just a couple walkable blocks away also. The amenities here are pretty great, and both the management and maintenance team are always available and happy to help with every concern or need. The management team also hosts community events, like social hour by the pool with music and food, and many other great perks now and then, all communicated via email. All in all, I think BCW is a solid place to live for young couples who are starting out and want the downtown living experience (although there’s some families with kids who live here, but it’s mostly a younger crowd).

We have been living here for over a year and have loved every moment! It’s in an amazing location within walking distance of everything you need, the apartments are top notch, gorgeous resort style pool, gym, and shared living spaces including a pool table, and grills. Nice contemporary layouts and has a great view of downtown Boca! Great gym and beautiful pool. The staff is always approachable and very friendly. Great location, you can walk to grocery stores and restaurants. It’s also close to the beach!

My husband and I absolutely LOVE living here. From the start we were greeted with a warm smile from management and everyone here at BCW. We couldn’t recommend this place more!

Take my advice, don't live in Boca City Walk. I was originally super excited to move into BCW, the location is prime but its not worth it with how bad the complex is. I spoke with Lianna during my tour and she had only great things to say about the residents loving it and everyone being one happy family here. That was all a lie lol. I also told her I'm super sensitive to noise and she assured me that the building is very quiet and if neighbors are being loud, they will contact them. Well clearly that was a lie too. I can hear my next door neighbor coughing, talking, and playing music at all times of the day. I also hear my upstairs neighbor walking, jumping, drilling, sawing, anything you can think of. Its extremely loud all the time, and I get no sleep in this apartment. Not only is it loud from my neighbors but I can also hear people talking at the pool, screaming kids, and people playing music and playing billards. I've complained to management multiple times and they said they've contact my neighbors, but the noise hasn't stopped so I wonder if they've contacted the neighbors at all. Now when I call or email leasing, they completely ignore me. It's ridiculous. Everyone who asks me how living in BCW is, I tell them its loud and I wouldn't recommend living here, and they say they've heard that many times from multiple people, so I know its not just me. I've lived in community apartment living for the last EIGHT years and have never had noise issues like I have at BCW. Also the apartments are waaaaaay over priced for these living conditions. As someone who works from home, it's also impossible to stay focused while living in this apartment complex. Aside from the noise and the walls being paper thin, the building is also super run down. Theres bugs everywhere, in the apartments and at the pool. I've lived in FL my entire life and have never experienced such a horribly maintained pest situation, and we pay for pest control in our monthly rent, so not sure why its so infested with bugs. The pool is also shaded all day long so don't expect to get any sun if you want to go lay out and relax. Also, when I moved in, they didn't even clean the apartment. I walked into a filthy apartment and had to clean it myself. There was hair in the bathtubs, the toilets were filthy, the closets were filled with dust, and the floors had coffee stains all over the place. There was also FOOD stuck on the dishwasher and in the sink, gross.

Boca City Walk is a great place to live! The management team is so personable and professional, and the amenities are excellent. I also the love the proximity to downtown Boca and Beach!

Much better quality of living at an affordable price compared to what is out there. Pool and workout room an added plus. Boca City Walk close to beach and Mizner Park. Great Community.

BCW is in the downtown of Boca Raton, great highschool for teen, and just few miles from the beach.

Boca City Walk is an amazing property, offering excellent amenities and an even more excellent staff. The location is great, the apartments are very well laid out, and it has been a great overall experience so far! This is a place that I am excited to call home.

It’s just one week as I’m here but I’m very impressed with the property team. They are friendly, helpful and they make you feel home. That’s something you can’t buy for money. Appreciate it a lot

I love living at Boca City Walk. The building is clean, residents friendly, love the workout facility and very close walk to beach and Mizner Park.

I just moved into Boca City Walk a few weeks ago, and so far my experience has been outstanding. Katja was so helpful in facilitating my move and answering any questions I had. This is in a great location right near Mizner Park, and reasonably priced for the area. It's a very pet friendly community and the residents are all so friendly. They have catered community events regularly with great food. I highly recommend considering BCW if moving to the area.

The location of Boca City Walk is unbeatable. As the name suggests you can walk to many bars, restaurants and grocery stores. There is no greater convenience

I have been at Boca City walk for over 3 years and the service has been nothing short of amazing! The management office is very attentive to renters needs. The mantaince team is A1, request are filled within the hour. I would highly recommend this space for living if you are looking for a quiet aesthetically appealing place to call home.

We moved into Boca City walk two weeks ago and have had a really great experience so far. We hardly use our cars since we can walk to everything, the building and amenities are well kept, and the staff is extermely friendly and helpful. For the location and quality of apartment you're getting, we feel it's a great value. Our friends who have visited have been very impressed.

Do not live in Boca City Walk! You may have a roof over your head but you will not have peace of mind.. Community management is a joke here.

Excellent place to live, along with dedicated and caring staff. Management goes out of their way to please, and maintenance is prompt, courteous, and efficient.

I've been living in Boca City Walk for only two weeks and it already feels like home. The modern living space paired with the resort like pool/gym area makes it feel like a vacation. There's a perfect mixture of privacy and a community feel that I enjoy. The people are kind and in terms of quality this complex is hard to beat.

Overall it a good community but the water pressure, Wi-Fi, package delivery and guest parking need serious improvements/upgrades.

Inability to work from home due to unreliable internet. Inability to choose internet and cable providers.

The building and it's staff are wonderful. The only issue I have is with Optical Communities.

Great experience so far! Pool is beautiful and the staff is helpful.
