The first thing you'll probably notice about Downtown Olympia is its large, impressive murals -- these bright, colorful works of art adorn the sides of several buildings. Walk along the wide, tree-lined sidewalks and you'll discover charming shops and restaurants contained in those historic brick buildings. Head toward Puget Sound and admire the sailboats, yachts, and fishing boats dotting the water and lining the marina.
As a hub for artists and musicians, Downtown Olympia has a style and flavor all its own. Enjoy the beautiful, serene views from Heritage Park or the stunning backdrop of the Olympic Mountains and Mount Rainier. Downtown is home to the Farmers Market, the Hands On Children's Museum, eight public parks, five theaters, and a twice-a-year art walk.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Boardwalk Senior Affordable Apartments
I've lived here for 18 months. We are on our fourth manager. If you need a repair on your unit, and you will because they do no preventive maintenance, it will take over a month for them to do it. Even if the repair is as minor as a hallway light out or a broken toilet. If your neighbor's dog barks nonstop, and you will hear it through the thin walls, management will dismiss your complaint as grousing and do nothing. I think their attitude is that it is difficult for seniors to pick up and move so they can get away with poor service.
A Beautiful Building, Court yard and indoor eating area. Great staff. Farmers Mkt., and the Boardwalk Boat docks at the sound, and a lake down town. Shopping all accessible by a ( "transit station" )that will take you all the way to Seattle. Bickers and joggers love it! Lots of restaurant's, and grocery stores within walking distant .
