Great property , close to everything, schools, shopping, restaurants ect... this is also a safe property with a police sub station 200 yards away from the property, the security gate stays closed so you have a feeling of being in a safe environment. I would recommend this property to anyone, I been here about 6 years. The residents are respectful and it is a quiet property. Great place to live.

The grounds are well landscaped and the property is well maintained. Maintenance is quick and responsive. The apartment is kept up to date. Parking is sufficient.

Boardwalk Walk Research always exceeds expectation in professionalism and timeliness of handling issues that may come up from time to time. Management is always there to handle anything that comes up. Mantianance staff is very courteous, professional and timely. They keep the property well kept, the security gate is always closed, they have a security company make rounds around the property, it's a safe property to live in.

Ive had a great experience when i toured and moved in, there was only some slight issues with the apartment, and when i brought it up i had a maintenance guy show ip the next day to fix my issues

Avoid this place! The roaches are everywhere, car break-ins are common, and the front office is completely unresponsive. Workout machines are a hazard.

Great place to live, the management keeps clean, they are very responsive and quickly respond to issue's. The property is close to schools , malls, ect... there is a police station q00 yards from the property so it is a safe place to live.

What can I say, this property is fantastic for the price. The property is very clean, quiet neighbors, excellent management staff. This property is safe , with a police sub station a hundred yards away. This property is about 5 mins from shopping and restaurants ( The Rim & La Cantera ) and schools and the medi al center is just minutes away. What more can you ask for.......

This is a great property. love living here. The office staff is fantastic, if you any issues they will handle it in a timely manner. The Maintenace staff is also very helpful and very courteous. If you are new to the area this is the best place to live, this property is so close to everything. Cant say enough about Boardwalk :)

Excellent place to live, close to everything, medical center shopping in terms of safety there is a police station a few yards from the property. For those moving to San Antonio it is a great choice . 5 stars all the way

Is a great property to live in. Very close to everything, close to schools , restaurants ect.. very safe police station about 150ft away from the property. Clean and well keep. Great place to live.

Inside of the apartment units are very clean, upgraded appliances with hard wood floor and washer and dryer are in the apartment itself for convenience.

Great location, close to numerous restaurants and stores. Very easy to get on the highway from here. Nearby police presence also provides a sense of safety living here.

I’ve lived at Boardwalk Research Luxury Apartments for 4 1/2 years now and have had an overall rating of 10 with the quality of work through maintenance staff, office staff, very happy with property maintenance upkeep and amenities upkeep on property and in my apartment when work is done… Thank You Boardwalk Research Staff!!!!!
