I really enjoy living at Boardwalk in Mellenia, my apartment is very spacious, cozy and clean. The location is very convenient and most of all management is very quick to respond whenever any simple issues arise. I personally love Victoria, she made the paperwork and move-in so smooth and simple and she never forgets the tenant names. I highly would recommend these apts to any family or friends.

Living at the Boardwalk at Millenia has been an enjoyable experience. The leasing staff very easy to talk to. Beautiful lounge areas and pool area. This place is very well kept. I love it here. Location is near all, walking distance the Otay Ranch Mall and many eatery place as well.

I truly appreciate Boardwalk at Millenia maintenance staff’s timeliness, friendliness and professionalism when attending any services needed. They are normally able to fix the issue the same day if requested but no later than the following day. I had my issue on a Sunday and someone was still available for my last minute dilemma. My experience at Boardwalk at Millenia so far has been an absolute nightmare. I was given an apartment filled with hundreds of roaches. Two weeks after my move in date I still have not been able to unpack my stuff. Everything has had to be moved multiple times because we've had to continuously spray the apartment - twice so far in 2 weeks. In additional to all the roaches I am also dealing with loud noise from the neighbors upstairs who have a 1 year old toddler. Because of the structure of these apartment every time the toddler walks my apartment shakes and rattles. The apartment rented to me should have never been rented out to anyone. This apartment would require serious treatment before anyone should be allowed to rent it.

The staffing was amazing helped me immediately and got a tour without an appointment. Walked me through application process and helped with all questions right away. The property is amazing clean on and out. The property provides awesome amenities that myself and my kids love. A great place to call home!

In 2018-2020 this was an amazing place to live. Prices are far too high and landscape and quality of life has deteriorated over the last 6 months.

I like this area, atmosphere, and shopping convenience. I love my apartment home and friendly dogs and kids neighbors. Being out-of-touch with helpful staff has been very difficult on everyone.

The office staff is very professional and always willing to help, and I believe they really try to adhere to everyone's concerns which indeed in a big bill to fill. Boardwalk at Millenia is all you could ask for in an apartment. The layout of the A4 apartment is on point. This size of the bed room is above average for the area. The kitchen is awesome and has more than enough space for everything plus more. The Cabinet and floors make it feel homey. I forgot to mention the walk in closet. It's huge as well. The price is well worth it and competitive with the local apartment facilities. There is more than enough parking for everyone and it's a quiet place to be in.

If you want a peaceful, safe, luxurious and affordable apartment, you should consider moving in to Boardwalk at Millenia. The leasing staff is very friendly and helpful, they will accommodate all your needs in a timely manner. Living across a shopping center is very convenient, you don't need to drive far you can just walk there.
