Love Blys apartments! The amenities are great! Staff and other residents are so nice. It's great to be able to walk to so many places. So glad we chose to move here!
BLYS is centrally located in Fort Lauderdale and adjacent to Wilton Manors and Oakland Park. The community is comprised of a diverse set of people. The staff is very personable and the amenities are great.
AJ has been absolutely wonderful from the day we stepped onto the property for a tour until our move-in yesterday. He has always been more than gracious, communicative, and willing to help. There are some design flaws, as with any property. From blind corner cabinets with dead space in the kitchen, to a huge lack of drawer storage, no overhang for barstools at the island, to open wire shelving in the bathrooms and closets—there is room for improvement. But the public spaces appear to be wonderful and offer many activities. Would love if this Bozzuto property would consider accepting BILT payments. Look forward to exploring the community and meeting fellow residents.
I am so comfortable here. I LOVE that the elevator is cleaned almost every day. Everyone is just so friendly here. We love being on the 4th floor.

AJ is the best. I love the long hours accessibility to the gym… it is clean and well maintained. People are extremely kind. Everything is convenient; Sproutz walking distance, the locker rooms, the way around, the accessibility to the highway and main roads.. I can’t wait to spend more time here and make myself home!

Great amenities and the pool is gorgeous. Love the promenade access for walks. Blys is pet friendly. Pet owners could do a better job with picking up after their pets. Staff is great, tons of convenient stores nearby, and pretty decent parking. Very chill and overall quiet community.

Overall, everything is quite good. However, we’re experiencing some issues with the electricity, and we have a very loud neighbor who makes strange and disturbing noises at night, which makes it difficult to sleep. Other than that, the place is clean, quiet, and feels safe.

Hello, we strive for 100% satisfaction, and it is great to see you had such a positive experience at BLYS.
Blys could truly be blissful if they just managed properly better. There is no security at night so people are using the pool after sunset making loud noise and commotion. Chaise lounges don’t have pillows. Now the charging stations are no longer free and actually cost more money than the FPL charging stations only 10 feet away. Blys should have included this as an amenity and just charged a fee for sitting idle without charging. The apartments aren’t cheap so invest more to keep property up.

We are now in our second year at BLYS, and it has proven to be one of the best decisions we've made. The community is wonderfully diverse and offers fantastic amenities. The location couldn't be more ideal for us—we're within either walking distance or a short drive to shopping, dining, entertainment, and medical services. Overall aesthetic is well done and suitably well maintained. This includes the buildings and grounds. Nice gym for what it is. Pool is awesome and a great gathering place. The experience is let down by incredibly poor unit design (Kitchens have only 3 miniscule drawers), wasted space for design's sake, cheap paint, cheaper floors, super low end appliances and tiny bathroom sinks. It takes more than one call to get something fixed. Lastly, the increase in rent upon renewal only to be offset by a rebate is only to keep the rate's high in what is becoming an oversaturated market. Overall, it appears to be high end but the poor design and going cheap on fixtures and value for dollar hurt the overall rating.

Great Amenities and Location is close to a lot of dining, shopping, and beach. The pool is amazing for midday swim or weekends. Highly recommend looking at these!

Management and maintenance take amazing care of our complex. However our residents are intentionally not picking up the dog poop their pets leave in common walk areas. Management provides bags conveniently located all over the complex and made it very pet friendly. However the poop is everywhere including right next to the doggy bag and poop trash station. It's rude.

For the most part, my experience is going good. Although I do have some complaints. The water from the sink and shower smells super gross, like sulfur or rotten eggs. I’ve never had water smell so bad. Although, there are a good amount of chips and cracks in the apartment that I hope will get fixed. And also the walls are super thin and can hear neighbors just talking at a regular volume.

I was out of town for the Holidays when Blys abruptly decided to have a fee to charge EV vehicles. That was the only amenity that sold me on Blys. I’ve talked to other EV users and some have expressed moving out because of this change :-( Extremely disappointing!

Could be so much more. For some reason the cleanliness has dropped and the recycle room is piled high with boxes and it’s not from Black Friday. Coffee maker needs to be cleaned and ready to go early in the AM not when the leasing office opens

love it here! Although the pool has been closed, and elevator was broken, it was thankfully fixed and we're able to enjoy again! I really love everyone who works here especially Jeferson and Jessica!!

I love living here! Maintanace is super fast, management takes care of things asap. Clean, safe, and secure living! Cant hear my neighbors tvs through the walls. Its peaceful!

apartments are nice but hallways need cleaning. amenities are nice an good location. gate fobs are oftem challening as gates do not work regularly

I haven't been here for long yet but so far I am loving my new home. I'm definitely taking advantage of all the amazing amenities and everything the neighborhood has to offer. All of the neighbors have been so nice so far!

Great management and maintenance staff. We have only been here 4 weeks but we have no regrets moving into Blys. We had some maintenance issue but they were either fixed that day or with in a day or so.

Love the dog community and cleanest complex I’ve ever lived in. We got lucky with a nice riverside balcony where we love to eat dinner. Grills in the complex are the most seamless to deal with from my experience. Highly suggest to live here
