My roommate and I moved in February 2021 after a really bad year and a half experience with Pan American Properties after they took over the building we were living in. By FAR the manager Alberto and Maintenance team (Richie) have been great! Anytime we have needed anything it has been taken care of properly, professionally and in a timely manner. Communication is great. You can always get ahold of them if needed. Very professional team and always willing to help. I highly recommend Bluffside apartments!
I have been living here since December 2020. The building is very safe, quiet, and is in a great area. Alberto and Issam are great. They are always here to help and the move in was very easy. I highly recommend it.
i just signed my lease 1 week ago and couldn't be happier. Ive wanted to move to this street fro a few years now, due to its amazing location...got Ralph'S, Rite Aid, Starbucks, 7-11,a gas station, Jamba Juice, restaurants and bars just one block away! The application process was fairly easy And Alberto The Manager is amazing at his Job. He went above and Beyond to get me approved since my credit wasn't the best. I really feel like I'm in good hands with this maintenance staff here. ready to start a new chapter of my life at Bluffside Apartments.
It is in a great location with everything really close. There's a Ralph's just a five minute walk away and a bunch of good restaurants. The manager Alberto is very nice, always a smile on his face and always willing to help with anything we need.
I lived here for a year and a half and had roaches the whole time. Not a coupe of roaches... A full infestation. I was told by the property manager's boss that it's bound to happen since the property is next to the freeway. Which is ridiculous and just not true. I have strings of emails where promises were made but they were really just pushing me off til the end of my lease. I would avoid at all cost.
I wouldn't recommend this place. I had to changed my time to 5:30, Orlando said they normally do their last viewing at 5, but he was going to wait for us. I made everything in my power to get there by 5 pm to make his life easier yet he never borhered to call me once from the moment I got there, which was at 5 after 5 to inform me that he was busy. I heard him on the phone with a young lady, and he didn't make one effort to try to let us know that he was going to be right out to help us out. There was no sense of urgency and it was a lack of courtesy towards prospective residents. He needs to receive a class in customer service for sure. I
This is a great location, you can walk to Ralphs, Jamba Juice, and Starbucks. The apartments are very spacious with an open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, and fireplace! My balcony is just large enough for a little table and chairs, but others are much bigger. The staff knows me by name and are always eager to help and make our home better. The downsides: the neighbors can be loud and there isn't a lot of street parking for guests. We would not live here forever but it was a great first California home!
