Property Ratings at Bluff Crossing Apartments
I’ve lived here for almost 3 years and have loved it. Wendy in the leasing office is SO nice and is super responsive. Whenever our water heater was having problems she had maintenance come & fix it 1st thing in the morning and we haven’t had problems since. They do yearly sprays for bugs and the trash area is always clean and maintained. The 4 way stop does get a bit backed up, especially during rush hour since that road leads straight into downtown, but there’s a 2nd exit/entrance on the other side of the parking lot i just use instead which is easy to get out of. There’s also a big field across the property which is nice. I’ve had picnics out there, watched the eclipse when that happened, & a guy comes with his dog sometimes and drives an RC car around for him to chase which is the cutest thing ever to watch. Highly recommend living here !! :)

Our tenants love the location for its proximity to all that Downtown Indy has to offer: Mass Ave, Lucas Oil Stadium and the Gainbridge Fieldhouse. Major employers like IU Health, IUPUI, Eli Lilly and Rolls Royce are 5-10 minutes away. The 465 is also just 5 minutes away, and the Greenwood Park Mall is just beyond that.
