Hickman Mills is one of Kansas City’s oldest neighborhoods and is located about 15 miles south of Downtown Kansas City. Hickman Mills is known for its affordability and has a variety of apartments and houses available for rent at various price points. Property Ratings at Blue Ridge Place
Pool hasn't worked in 6 years. They will tell you the lie that they are working on it to get you in here. You will see once you get it never is fixed. They do not keep up on maintenance, and half your stuff gets stolen.
I moved in here in May 2020 and was told by the apartment manager they are under new management and things will be taken care of. I still have no air dishwasher still broke and no mailbox key smh nothing has changed!
The apartments are cozy and I find the management is helpful with anything I need. Good place to rent I would recommend it.
Property management was efficient, and helped out if I ever needed. Its a nice location and stunning grounds.
