Blue Oak is a family friendly community. There are so many amenities for the entire family to enjoy. From the pool and jacuzzi to the play structure and basketball court. The community garden and the grass areas of kids and pets to run through. They also have a fire pit that you can sit and enjoy the Paso sunsets.
Amazing neighbors, and a top quality management team, every service request ive ever had has been answered and fixed within hours. 3 year resident

My experiences here at Blue Oak have been nothing but positive. The only downside is that the apartment complex allows you to choose hobbies but no one gets together; even if you try. The staff is nice and has been very welcoming.

There is not a single thing I can think of that is bad about Blue Oak. The location is amazing, the neighborhood is very well maintained, the apartments themselves are very new and clean. Overall I would recommend anybody I know to move to Blue Oak.

Blue Oak is a 5 star rental property that is well managed, maintained, and have friendly professional staff that really encompass the one size fits all luxury and convenient lifestyle anyone would love to have. It is close to wineries, natural bike trails, has a pool/gym/and a hot tub with everything centrally located on property for maximum convenience and comfort. It really feels like what home should be-quality and cozy.

Blue Oak is such a great place to live! The management and maintenance staff are so responsive and helpful. It is very quiet here...so living is very relaxed. The gym and pool are great and always very clean. Things could not be better.

Blue Oak Apartments is a beautiful community, the apartments are very nice. The grand room in our apartment is spacious. But, there is a major problem in that, all ground floor apartments are subject to every noise, that being loud, thumping, bouncing sounds throughout the hallway and grand room from the apartments above and is especially irritating if there are families with children and can be an every day annoyance. Unfortunately, the builders did not consider the correct materials to use in sound proofing the floors on the 2nd floor.

Blue Oak is a great place to live. The grounds are beautiful with lots of walking paths. Maintenance support is amazing. It is very close to everything - five minute drive to the grocery store, one minute to Lowes and Starbucks, and so on. Just a great place to live.

Blue Oak is as good as it looks. The grounds are beautiful and there are lots of walking paths. Dogs are welcome and owners clean up after their pets. The apartments are very close to the grocery (5 minutes to Albertsons), Starbucks (3 minutes), Lowes (3 minutes) and downtown Paso (5 minutes). The office staff are very helpful and quick to respond to requests. The apartment is modern and easy to maintain. This is a great place to live.
Living at Blue Oak was a great decision. Nice walking paths, open layout, well lit at night, two playground areas, basketball court, garden, pool, gym. Easy access to the 101. Its clean and well kept. It doesnt feel like an apartment complex.

The apartments speak for themselves. Modern luxury inside with a warm farm/craftsman style feel on the outside. They are the the newest, nicest, best apartments in Paso Robles hands down. Things like attached garages (with smart garage openers), USB ports in the kitchen, McMansion size kitchens, porches and balconies for most apartments, fire pit, spa that has amazingly strong jets, impeccably clean neighborhood, are just some of the small tiny but big reasons why I love loving here. The leasing specialists are truly exceptional. Nic and Pat are professional, friendly, and communicative. They made me feel right at home, especially since I was doing the entire rental process remotely and had some hiccups along the way. They made it really simple and easy when it could have gone the other way. The staff here give Blue Oak the personal touch cherry on top! Staff is very involved with lots of community events, contests, breakfast days, pet photo contest, etc. They won’t leave you high and dry after you sign the lease, expect them to remember your name and go out of their way to say hi and accommodate any requests,etc. Five stars plus!
