Blue Heron has been a great place to live. Apartments are spacious and up to date. Pool and gym are great. Dog friendly neighborhood. Pleasant community, people are friendly. Pretty quiet, you never really hear anybody being too loud, and there’s never any nuisances like big loud parties. All the people seem to be pretty well behaved. Nice scenic environment with lakes and plenty of walking space. It has been a great place to live!

nice place and nice amenities, great maintenance team and very efficient. Only issue is parking, extremly limited and guests take up residents' spots constantly. I come home late night and cannot find a single spot anywhere near my building.

It is a quiet and beautiful community well worth the wait. The office staff have been above and beyond helpful the accommodations are in perfect condition the community is safe and respectful. Hi, I am very disappointed In this property a the way the office is ran. I recently came in with myself and my 2 cousins to look an apartment for my self and for them 2 and no one was in the office besides the assistant manager Nichole, she was nasty rude and just acted like she’s the best and nothing else matters. I said hello anyone here by chance and she said one second I’ll be right there with a nasty attitude and then walked out and said Ugg and rolled her eyes and said how can I help you. So I mentioned what we where looking for and she said well can’t help you come back another time and turned around rolled her eyes and walked back to her office. I will never refer anyone to go here to blue Herron because of the disrespectful assistant manager Nichole that was the only lady there when we came in.

Things are pretty good so far! Starting to use the gym and pool more frequently, which are great amenities. Office and maintenance staff are always nice. The complex is pretty quiet, seems everyone in the neighborhood is pretty well behaved! Would be nice to have some events more often (I know a lot goes into putting them together, and they are great ideas) to help get to know people better. Apartment itself is very spacious and great living condition, lots of cabinets and storage space. It's great having a washer/dryer in the unit. Only minor downside I've had so far is just having some minor pest control issues. Being on the first floor and close to the lake probably doesn't help, but it has been improving since I moved in. I'll be happy once it's 100%. Overall, my experience at Blue Heron has been really good and I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to move. Thanks!

Nice place, beautiful amenities, lately only complaint is the parking situation, I wish there were designated parking spaces or a stronger guest parking reinforcement.

Things are good here. The apartment is great the staff is accommodating, maintenance is the best and the area is accessible to everything you would need. I would say that the beeezeways need dire attention as the stairs and floors are in bad shape in building 1 of the Creekside. They are constantly dirty and desperately need repainting. The grounds don’t seem to be as kept as usual but that has not been a problem for long. The pool is ALWAYS an issue as it is never monitored by personnel, especially on the weekends. Otherwise we love it here

I just moved in 3 days ago, and the staff, particularly Leesa who was helping me the most, were great. They are very welcoming, especially to my Siberian Husky, and showed him plenty of love and attention…even when he drank a ton of water and threw it up on the office floor…! Most people in the community seem friendly as you pass by and say hi. And it feels safe. No problem walking my dog after midnight or in the early hours before the sun comes up. Community seems pretty quiet (in a good way!) and doesn’t seem like there will be anything to worry about with neighbors. Apartment is very spacious and I look forward to calling Blue Heron my new home!

Only been here a week. Grounds are clean. No noise complaints..can’t here neighbors at all. Very little wear and tear in apartment when we moved in. Loving it so far.

Just moved in a few days ago. Leesa was really good and easy to work with. Her friendly demeanor makes you feel right at home. She answered all questions and encouraged me to come around the office anytime to check in or say hi. The staff is great and love dogs, making them feel just as welcome. The community seems friendly and feels safe. Pretty good so far!

I have to say that the maintenance team at Blue Heron is exceptional. We've lived there a little over a year and the few times we've needed repairs, our requests were handled swiftly and the staff is so upbeat and helpful. Last month they needed to replace our AC Unit and they did it within 24 hours and set us up with a portable AC unit to keep our place cool until morning. The only ongoing issue we've had is parking. The parking in front of buildings is supposed to be for tenants with a permit. But it has become more and more difficult to find a space anywhere near our apartment. We look at who is parking in front of the buildings and it is cars without permits. We report it to the office but we don't ever see anyone getting towed and the problem continues. If that issue were improve, we would give it five stars but it is annoying that paying tenants are having to walk great distances to park in our own complex.
